Overall for his career he's been fine. Couple of years he was legitimately great and a couple he was legitimately bad. If I were to project him in a year it would be more like his 2016, just a solid workhorse guy.

His peripherals are elite though. That's not always a guarantee a guy will start seeing better results but at least it's not a hopeless situation.

I would be pretty surprised if they got their act together. They can't hit at all, their rotation is flimsy, and their bullpen is a hilarious disaster. They also have a terrible manager and they can't stop making outs on tbe bases. They're bottoming out right now so I know they won't remain *this* bad but they're probably gonna try to make a move to salvage the season and it won't matter because they don't have enough talent to be supplemented by a middle tier everyday outfielder.

The Cardinals lost while I was at work today and I didn't even know the game had started until it was already over. Honestly I wish that would happen more often if they're seriously this bad

Today I looked up the IMDb for a show my sister liked, Don't Trust the B in Apartment 23. I've seen a few episodes and they were funny. Anyway Eric Andre played a character named Mark Reynolds.

The Cubs lost and are now 2 under at the end of May. The Cards won and made it back to .500 right under the wire

I like basketball OK. I watch a few playoff games here and there. Basically the same as I do for hockey but I have a rooting interest in that one at least. I didn't watch much football at all last year but i guess I probably stoll keep up with what's going on more than hockey and basketball for now, mainly just to find things to get mad about as it turned out.

At least they usually play at a decent hour in Coors. These 9:10 start times are bull crap

Based on my understanding of sports thr penguins are going to need 7 games to win and it's going to be amazingly soul crushing for Nashville. Like maybe they'll be up 3 games to 1 and lose, or maybe they'll be down 3-0 and win 3 in a row before losing the last one. Or maybe they'll blow a 2 goal lead in the third period of game 7

I'd have to see the play but I'm guessing it was foul somehow. Maybe it hit off his foot or something? It could have also hit his body somewhere which should just count as a strike instead of a hit by pitch if he was bunting (a bunt stance counts as a swing). Umpires don't always call that though.

I'm not as familiar with MLB as NFL/NHL, but one problem I have (while not understanding it fully) is not making changes that would improve the league for the sake of "tradition."

They are currently obsessed with shortening the games. I dont know what you'd change about it but they have changed a lot of rules and they always make people mad. There are rules about safely sliding now that always cause incidents and they only just added instant replay a little while ago.

A lot of stuff in baseball annoys me but that's part of being a fan of something I think. I like the long season

The only one i watch is baseball. It's run pretty well but they're messing around with new rules and they're all incredibly stupid. Imagine thinking someone who finds baseball boring will suddenly tune in because they put a runner on second automatically in extra innings.

@SBAllen really is going to win a prize in the contest this year. This is a disgrace

And the Cardinals have been in the toaster so long now that you're not sure if the toaster is broken and they're gonna come out black or if it's just an old toaster that needs a little more time

It was a close fight but the Cardinals were able to hang on and outblow the game. I hate this sport

yeah, I agree it wasn't out of hate, but then again to use it in anger, it has to be somewhat in your vocabulary

I did it once like 8 years ago and felt awful about it. Not sure why I said it, I just did. You guys follow me on twitter so you know I'm unbearably progressive but one time randomly it just slipped out. Now I think in Pillar's case you're probably right just given the lame apology but things like that do happen. I remember getting into an argument with my mom about this subject when Jonah Hill publicly and earnestly apologized for doing this because she said no one would ever have that just slip out (ok my mom might be more unbearable than me)

At my theater all seats are assigned and recline. Never had the vibrating seats though. I've been to a full service restaurant theater and it was ok but ridiculously expensive. It's also not something i would do for a movie I needed to pay rapt attention to. Alamo Drafthouse seems cooler.

I referred to them as she but now I'm recalling that there was a lot of talk about gender fluidity with Lemon Master. They were biologically female back when they were famous around here and somehow it came out that they had huge boobs. They also referred to their grandmother as mom but their mom was also mom. I dont know. Lemon Master was just a really weird poster. There was also a video proving they weren't a 50 year old dude and it was just like that video the Joker makes in The Dark Knight where he's shaking the camera around and licking his lips and going "people are gonna die"

You probably just weren't an active poster during a specific like two months a million years ago
