Since the cop claims I was in a work zone, I wouldn't be able to do defensive driving to lower the price which is BS. Any legal people here? Should I fight this? I did do for about a month, then had a really rough week and didn't go walking. He told me I was a waste of his time, and that he should drop me as a client. :( Wow that's awful. Reminds me of the special I just watched on HBO by Chris Gethard called "Career Suicide" where he talks about about his depression, meds, etc...
