That's like saying that league of legends didn't popularize MOBAs

probably nothing, considering that the vast majority of the games you just listed there came out BEFORE Halo

result it popularized these things for a mass audience in a way that no FPS had done before it because the majority of gamers didn't have access to those FPS before it.

Halo was groundbreaking. It set a precendence that the shooters afterwards emulated until CoD came around and redefined it again.
