What? I'm pretty sure there's a little law somewhere that prevents physicians from billing for services that weren't rendered. Some private practices do charge a no-show/late cancellation fee, if that's what you mean.

public perception is important to making money and the free market dictates that it gives a company a bad reputation when they have scumbag employees. ergo the free market has decided that neo-nazis are bad for business and these companies are within their rights to fire said employees that hurt their businesses.

No, but it's usually not their fault. If one appointment runs long, it fucks up the entire rest of the day.

they should have this figured out and not book appointments back-to-back-to-back all day long. leave a few 30 minute breaks in there to play catch-up.

i just started playing. i got past the 'intro' section and landed on Earth. the first 2 missions i got were pretty boring. i basically ran around a large, but empty area grinding against easy ass enemies that took no effort until they dropped what i needed. please tell me it gets better.
