my best advice is to look up the openings in your area and see what employers are after. as far as what you should know, you should be strong in at least one server-side language (Java, C#, Python, etc) and one scripting language (Bash/Ksh/Shell, Python, Groovy). Basic knowledge of front-end stuff (HTML, CSS, Javascript) won't hurt anything. But, honestly, the concept of a "full stack developer" used to be really popular but now it's kind of fading away in favor of people who specialize. There's just too much out there for any one person to be a master of all trades. Decide if you want to be 'front-end' or 'back-end' and focus on those technologies.

Really, what's your goal with making a post like this? Other than to just piss people off and start arguments? Because, really, if that's what you're doing for fun, you should take an honest evaluation of yourself and what you're doing with your life. This is the only thing I regret about moving to Thailand. In Canada we had some of the best trees in the world and I had solid connects so I got it really cheap. But in Thailand it's pretty shit. Comes in a compressed brick and looks like crap compared to western stuff. It is damn near impossible to find in my city for some reason, in the north, Bangkok or the islands I can find some in 5 minutes but in Hat Yai it can be months without. Plus it's pretty damn illegal here so you got to be smart about it, but nothing beats a good j while walking along a white sand beach at sunset.
