I doubt they'd ever come close to winning, but it would be very interesting to watch it play out.

I like Kasich for how reasonable he seems, and Hickenlooper seems to have been a very good governor for Colorado.

That said, Kasich isn't as moderate as he likes people to think he is.

I told him how cool it was to meet him in person, but I didn’t want to be a douche and bother him and ask him for photos or anything.

I walked away and continued with my shopping, and I heard him chuckle as I walked off. When I came to pay for my stuff up front I saw him trying to walk out the doors with like fifteen Milky Ways in his hands without paying.

The girl at the counter was very nice about it and professional, and was like “Sir, you need to pay for those first.” At first he kept pretending to be tired and not hear her, but eventually turned back around and brought them to the counter.

When she took one of the bars and started scanning it multiple times, he stopped her and told her to scan them each individually “to prevent any electrical infetterence,” and then turned around and winked at me. I don’t even think that’s a word.

After she scanned each bar and put them in a bag and started to say the price, he kept interrupting her by yawning really loudly.

I usually work contract, but I haven't taken any this summer because I wanted to take time off and work on a few projects (as well as the new house).

June - Redid the kitchen/dining room, visited family in Wyoming, started working on a script with a friend

July - Mostly worked around the yard, cleared brush, built a deck. Started painting the house.

August - Finished script, chatted with a producer I used to work for about it, finished painting, went to visit wife's sister in Montreal, tried ordering gelato while there but I can't speak/read French, started picking coding up again after a few years away.

Got a few contracts lined up til Christmas. Have about a week left off.

Also haven't had a proper summer off in years. So it's kinda odd/nice.

Basically just a town building game set in the pioneer era.

You start with a certain small number of people (like 12) and then you build them houses n shit, then farms, docks, schoolhouses, etc

The highest I ever got was around 500 people.

Also people can die off if you don't keep them warm and fed.

Having seen several relatives slowly succumb to mental illness in old age, I don't think it's outside the realm of possibility (given everything we've seen from him/his behavior) that he is in the early stages of dementia or Alzheimers

But then again, not a medical professional. Just seems eerily similar to relatives of mine.
