V3 is the best because each character actually contributes to the actual cases and have good arguments and reasons for the most part. 2 definitely has the lamest story though. And characters. Like, just make it to where those with a psn account that has been active for X amount of time can just sit in a queue or something for an order. That way loyalty is rewarded first.
