Going through these ARR dungeons now and there hasn't been much to worry about. Qarn got Mr. Doom Panels and I also find that not everyone can tell what's skippable (namely the two fruits). Also the case in Cutter's Cry where not everyone's aware of the two sections you can run passed so teams default to the assumption of no. Sometimes yeah not getting Esuna'd on the worm gets noticeable and blue/violet does manage to take people now and then, myself included.

The dragon castle is pleasant, although I did have a bizarre run where the healer hung out in front of the dragon that backs into the wall and breathes fire... he got scorched to death.

Dzemael's been getting frustrating now that I did some tankings, enemies are kinda all over twisted around nooks or sections of exploding crystal that allies struggle to follow behind. This is where I actually started to get hit with the reminder I very much am a n00btank despite earlier success lol.

Aurum's fine though, yeah I've had runs no matter the role where there's been some rough pulls in the first section the party dies to but it's not so bad, then after that yeah I've had some people that don't eat the fruits.

Paladin 50'd now all that's left is Warrior then I can finally go ahead with beating ARR~

But yeah s3 has a real highlight of making every other character so likeable now which then compounds back on Allison for being such a piece of shit. I used to hate Luther & and didn't really care for Diego but now I think Luther's a pretty lovable guy and really appreciate the growth of Diego... and then Allison... fuck.

i didn't hate on her too much in season 1, Luther took more of my scorn from that pairing and I at least liked that Allison still [s1] tried to protect Viktor after losing her voice, it was a welcome and needed touch of compassion against the circumstances. I don't think I really liked Diego in s1 either, probably lower than Allison as well.

returning player who's never gotten passed ARR, recently back in the last 1.5 months, since hitting Ultima Weapon main story quest I've sidetracked to 50ing all ARR jobs

everything but tanks remaining, so my first few dungeons with the role but oh god what a rush I just had

only healer died to blue/violet with >20% remaining, me being n00btank I didn't think we'd pull through, then 10-5% both DPS died immediately after LB I called for leaving the last 5% solo and wew just barely snagged it in the panic aww yeahhhh

i'm still averse to tanking but can deny that feeling as a highlight of my duty history

oh god I can't imagine dodging spoilers for Strange post-debut what a field of landmines

thankfully seats opened up to a degree I was comfortable by the first week so I didn't have to dodge long, Spider-Man I waited for digital (namely because theatres shuttered down again literally the day I planned to go... or rather the day after but my dad said he was tired and wanted to go the next day and then whoops)

yeah the real struggle for spoiler avoidance is when the movie comes out and they immediately go into promoting what it leads to or hyping what big thing they introduced

as for trailers lying, they often even blatantly airbrush out secrets they wanna keep, like the No Way Home shots on liberty island

xenoblade i'm going in as blind as I've ever been and I'm mad hype about it but for movies I can't really think of anything I feel like trailers have spoiled me

if anything mcu trailers are constantly throwing in red herrings, or like moon knight where so much of it just pulled from ep1

BP2 so far I just get that they're mourning T'Challa and need a new replacement which yeah obviously everybody knows that has to be dealt with we always knew that... and just an introduction to an antagonist side which may or may not actually be the ultimate bad but will in all likelyhood be part any sort of posters or basic promotional material

like to me it's like knowing about the xenomorph in Alien
