The line says "from", not in/on.

That's not to say it automatically tastes good, or better than you could make, just that it improves the taste/experience having someone else make it.

Mostly referring to #16 because they were saying that intermediate econ has a lot of advanced math.

Linear algebra and post-calculus mathematics are a completely different beast than calculus level math. Just be warned, it is a lot of learning and takes a LOT of practice.

I'm reading a basic textbook right now and any concept that isn't crystal clear I'm googling and reading more about. I've look at the syllabi for different college level classes and the class list for degrees just to get an idea of the pathway. I'm just going to take it 1 step at a time. Starting with basic macro, then micro. Theres so much information online its insane. I was watching lectures from Stanford until they actually took that class down a few weeks ago.

Gotcha. I just thought the phrasing was really weird. I can see someone mastering something like carpentry, but mastering economics sounds like mastering philosophy to me, just something that has a weird bent to it.

...how do you master economics?

I never even bother with no death or no hit challenges. I do not remotely have the patience / mental stamina for it.

Last challenge like that I actually completed was that one Hollow Knight sidequest where you have to carry a flower or something from one end of the map to the other without taking a single hit. I planned out my route, cleared all the enemies beforehand, took my time, and I still fucking choked right at the finish line with one bad jump onto some spikes. Thankfully I succeeded on the second attempt, but boy did I want to give the quest-giver good throttling for bitching at me out over failing the first time.

I didn't even try that hollow knight challenge. Path of pain wasn't that bad, but that was just a challenge I was not even remotely interested in. Doesn't it not even allow you to dash either, or am I misremembering? Reminds me of the stupid TNT in castlevania64

Preferentially dev-intended stuff, but challenge runs are definitely up there too. I think challenge runs can get really wild, stuff like the Super Metroid reverse boss order run is pretty wild, although I've never tried it.

For me, it's probably the La-Mulana 1 Hell Temple. it's 40 screens of bullshit, unfair puzzles, and one mistake sends you back like 5 rooms.

The game is kinda mediocre, but I played the crap out of 1, and don't remember 2 very well, and never did the tower of Oannes. Would be fun to go through it again. Too bad I don't really have the time to sit down and consistently stream it in the evenings.

I can see why mastery of this game requires so much time spent on it, its insanely complex.

Yeah, basically e18 means there's no way to prevent black from making an eye on the right unless white gets 2 moves in a row. Obviously that can't happen so black stays alive, but white gets the option to use some forcing moves until the situation is resolved

Oof, really close. E19 would be your next move, this one has to be e18. There's two steps to this problem. A18 is the first point because it prevents white from escaping, and threatening to create two eyes with a followup of b19. However, after a18, b19 and e18 are "miai" which basically means either space is good

In go, an "eye" is defined as a shape that has exactly one or two spaces that are fully encircled. A shape that contains two or more eyes is unconditionally alive. The shape black creates on the left in your line can unconditionally be reduced to 1 eye, and e18 prevents black from having enough space to escape or to create another eye.

Rest in peace, at least on behalf of any loved ones she may have left behind.
