A lot of the "anti-political" types are conservatives who are barely smart enough to hide their real power level.

You start probing their opinions and chances are you'll get some pretty "yikes" takes.

Well that's easy. Married couples earn more money and take up less space in general. And they're more likely to produce children which will eventually also earn money and get married.

So governments want to promote marriage since it's cost-effective and easy to keep track of through licenses.

I mean, I get that he's a character introduced halfway through the third movie of an already long trilogy. So some creative liberties were probably taken to drive the story forward.

Having him be another victim of Sauron's influence would have made him more believable, but we also already saw a similar story unfold with Theoden so it might have been redundant there too

He was actually in possession of one of the Palantir. The seeing stone that Pippin looked into during Return of the King.

His mind was getting slowly poisoned by being shown dark "futures" that Sauron showed him. Not to mention his city was at the front doors of Mordor and it seemed he had no support from the other kingdoms of men. Which is why he became so depressed and hopeless.

He was also probably tricked into loving Boromir more than Faramir, and sent Boromir since he would be more influenced by the Ring should he find it.

I wish they made that a bit more explicit in the films, since it would have made him more compelling of a minor antagonist.

not always. besides Trick Room teams and moves dependent on lower speed like Gyro Ball, there are niche scenarios where being slower is better.

For example, sometimes you want to use a move like u-turn or volt switch after your opponent has moved, so that your switch-in doesn't get targeted by a move.

I think they could have done better with the names

Regilectric and Regidragon fit the naming scheme of the other 3 titans better imo

Assuming her statistics are true, 10k forgiveness on a 12k loan vs. 20k on a 50k loan is still a disproportionate outcome.

PLA is the only game I bothered shiny hunting in for very long since it's really easy.

It's even easier than you might think if you have the means.

Massive outbreak RNG has been solved, and you can use outside tools to find your seed and permutation to guarantee a shiny if it's part of that outbreak.

With the pro controller you can soft reset with one hand and just button mash A through the encounter cutscene.

add in a rubber band on the thumbstick to walk into the encounter.

Congrats! I spent a month trying for Shaymin but it never shined for me. That's after I spent a month and a half trying to get a Necrozma in DA that never shined.

I know shaymin is a lot easier to hunt since you can run from the battle, run in and out of the flower paradise, and reset the encounter without needing to soft reset.

Plus it wasn't really labor intensive. I could stream a movie or watch twitch while soft resetting.

Interesting fact:

Different Arceus have different sizes in PLA.

My original is 10'6" and 704.4 lbs.

My shiny is slightly smaller at 9'9" and 654.5 lbs.

Have the national dex in BDSP

Complete all of the main storyline in PLA and capture Arceus

Make sure they're the same profile on your Switch; then boot up BDSP, go to your bedroom upstairs in Twinleaf Town to get the Azure Flute, and travel to the Spear Pillar to activate the event.

Save right before the top of the stairs to best reset the encounter.

I was soft-resetting regularly for about 4 hours a day for 5 days.

So around 1800-2000 resets later is when it appeared
