It runs fantastic on PS5 and the PS4 version runs better than Dark Souls did on the PS3.

Also it has sold 12 million copies in about two weeks or something. So I think the playrate is being grossly underestimated here.

Realistically, I think he holds it until Wrestlemania next year, which would end it around 935 days.

If he doesn't drop it to Drew at Clash at the Castle (90% chance he won't but with Triple H in charge, his chances of retaining are a bit lower). He won't drop it till Mania to presumably Cody. If he faces The Rock at Mania, then he retains and goes on to hold the title for 1000+ days until eventually Cody dethrones him or *wince* Theory cashes in successfully.

There's only two guys who should take the title from Reigns and they are Drew and Cody.

I hope Triple H brings back Karrion Kross and Scarlet. From all the releases (even including the Fiend, Strowman and Keith Lee), that one stung the most for me because I truly think Kross can easily become a main event level monster heel capable of headlining Wrestlemanias.

I forgot to mention however that one spot was particularly bad and unbelievable in the match. When Lesnar counters Reigns' Guillotine into his own and literally makes him unconscious to the point where the referee forces Lesnar to release the hold. The referee then proceeds to count and Reigns just gets up before the 10 count like Cena-at-his-worst kinda goofiness level of 'kick-out'.

Other than that. It was a fantastic Last Man Standing match and the match that they should have had at Mania. Lesnar uprooting the ring with the tractor and Reigns falling and flailing across the ring in his lifeless body is arguably the most memorable spot since Undertaker tossed Mankind's body from the top of the cell.

The only thing about the story in Remake that bothers me is Barret's fake death scene and the Whispers actively interfering in the games' events more times than one.

Every retelling has been done to perfection. They absolutely nailed Cloud and Aerith. Hojo and ma man Sephiroth have been done absolute justice as well.

Knight has no boss battles (except if you count The Riddler) and way too many batmobile sections.

It has the most interesting story though.

Reigns/Lesnar may just be the best Last Man Standing match of all time. The match was just so fucking entertaining from start to finish. Only other LMS match I remember being of the same quality is HHH/HBK.

The two are booked like they are two tiers above everyone else on the roster. I am not sure whether that is a good or bad thing anymore. The match really felt like a clash of two titans.

I play MGS1 Intregal from GOG when I have to replay the first game because of the PS5-like load times.

So lets hope an HD port graces us on the PS5 or 4 sooner than later (likely way way later).

Childhood section is bad but holy hell they managed to outdo that by making the post time skip part the dullest of the dullest Tales story imaginable.

Luckily the game has the most intriguing combat in the series. The story... Yeesh.

I imagine I must be the only person on this board to play this game.

As big a fan of the original, I found this to be unremarkable in every conceivable way which is the antithesis of Perfect Dark.

I barely remember anything if at all about the plot. My issue was how dull and generic the gameplay was. Joanna's dodge roll felt weird. Switching from first person to third person. This is like a Metroid Other M kinda experience of dullness. An FPS in a sea of FPSes by that time certainly did not do it any favors.

The biggest cardinal sin of a video game is being boring. PDZ commits that sin.

The story overall is really good. The pacing of the dialogue hurts the overall presentation a lot though. So many JRPGs now have way too much dialogue just for the sake of having long dialogues. If the major events in the game were better paced, some of the fetch quest padding and dialogue fat was cut off, it could have made for an incredible story.

I personally like the loop a lot. The sense of dread it creates as the party slowly realizes Airy's true intentions and when you finally find out her true nature. It is for this reason that the story has stuck with me all these years.

Story is whatever but georama rocks. Randomly generated dungeons however don't. A very enjoyable but flawed game to sum it up.

The beginning and end is very intriguing but not much of value happens in between. The battle system and atmosphere is the main draw of the game and Nocturne has some of the best of them in a JRPG.

Dark Souls II is the weakest game in the Soulsborne/Sekiro/Elden Ring franchise but is better than like 95% of the games I have played. Truly the best streak of amazing games if you count Demon's Souls to Elden Ring as a series. Only other comparable phenomena is the Final Fantasy series from VI-X + Tactics. That's six games but Soulsborne has seven.
