Level ups are expensive enough now that I don't even know how I would have gotten to 170 without grinding, there's only so many bosses that give big rune payouts in the game.

Finished her off! Basically me and my summon were able to keep the pressure on so well she never even got a chance to do any of her good attacks. I did start to consistently dodge the phantoms attack though, and as long as I was able to notice quickly enough and switch to my Bloodhound Step weapon I could dodge almost all of Waterfowl Dance (I would consistently take one hit from the middle of the first barrage and then dodge the rest). I had a bad habit of not switching in time though.

Jar Bairn randomly died without me doing anything to him, I just walked over near where he is and then heard "so that's who you are, coz" and then looked up his dialogue and that's what he says when you kill him. Can't receive absolution for it either even though other people say they were able to revive him when they killed him? Probably another weird bug like how Vyke wouldn't invade, that finally got fixed for me after the last patch

Definitely gonna beat Malenia today. Ive gotten her real close several times. Main thing in phase two that gets me now is the phantom attack or just plain Waterfowl Dance, her rot explosions rarely get me anymore.

Pretty sure FEH makes like ten times the money Dragalia did so its not likely to end any time soon

I hope they change how Splatfest works. In 2 I could almost never play them (or play them long enough to really get anything from it) because I always had work.

You can duplicate a Remembrance youve already used, so if you want one of the items Remembrance of the Grafted gives you feel free to exchange it now. Just note that there are fewer Mausoleums than there are Remembrances so you wont be able to duplicate everything.

When you beat major bosses you get a Remembrance item. You can use it as a consumable to get a large number of runes, or you can spend it with the crone standing next to the Two Fingers to receive special equipment. The walking mausoleums allow you to duplicate a Remembrance youve earned.

Theres too much input lag on this. Most games Ive been able to tolerate it, but definitely not here.

Got Malenia down to a third on her first phase, but I need to grind out more Rune Arcs. I was having some luck invading at Spiritcaller Cave at the part with the samurai and wolf spirits, but I'm getting tired of just facing Rivers of Blood users over and over again.

Lhutel was really putting in work on Malenia, enough to make up for the healing Malenia would get from attacking her. I know people say Tiche is great but I'm just a little short on FP for her.

Its funny that many of this games early woes were due to its ownership by Autumn Games, but in the end it was that very fact that saved the franchise from death

And you get more Rune Arcs by invading other players and killing them, being summoned by other players and defeating the boss of the area, or being summoned by another player as a Hunter and killing their invader

Knowing what youre supposed to do is not really the main problem imo. The issue I see most is the way other characters quests or other events in the world seem to arbitrarily cut off progress in a quest, sometimes permanently.

Yeah there is still no concrete solution on why Vyke doesn't spawn for some people (including myself). Every single reason people attempt to use to explain it is immediately countered by someone who did the exact opposite and still got him to spawn

You know, even after they patched it I still can't finish Nepheli's quest. I hadn't even given her the hawk ash yet when they patched it. I killed Gostoc who I guess is involved in this quest but I've also heard that it can still continue with him dead anyway.

I can beat non-boss Crucible Knights on the regular and took down the boss duo in less than 10 tries, but the stupid lightning-using Leyndall knights have killed me so many goddamn times if I don't get a backstab on them right away
