My true answer is Tales of Abyss but I played that ages ago. I most recently played Tales of Zestiria earlier this year and enjoyed it very much so it gets my pity vote.

I was a 90s kid and I never liked Arthur. I've come to realize over the years that that opinion is rather uncommon. Not sure what I didn't see in it that most others did.

I've been following this too, and what seems odd to me is by how much they cheated. They didn't even try to make it realistic they went so overboard. Perhaps they were worried about other cheaters, or maybe they are somehow that ignorant on how much those type of fish should generally weigh?
