These are all games I have started but not finished, but will likely start them all from the beginning except for Ghost of Tsushima because I've played it recently. I just finished The Last of Us 2 so I'm not sure if I wanna jump into more Naughty Dog stuff quite yet even though I really enjoyed the Last of Us 2. I know infamous is probably gonna get the least votes but I played about 20 minutes the other day and it was great. God of War seems like a chore because I was like 1/4 of the way through it, but I still want to restart it due to the fact that I forgot most of the combat. --- p226 |

I got it because I wanted a wired controller to use for Kaizo romhacks primarily and it is the only one with 3.5mm port which I use because my ears only tolerate apple iPhone style earbuds .Now with the trigger stops(made with hot glue gun and zip ties) I play COD with it and it is my favorite controller I've ever had. Also has two extra buttons on the back to assign to whatever you want. I assign them to jump and crouch/slide so I can do those without taking my right hand off of the stick(makes jump/drop shots easy as hell with practice). I also use them for an extra run button in SMW for tricky shell stuff. I have had bad luck with their old ones (SN30, SN30 pro +) due to the dpad wearing out from hard usage (SMW kaizo hacks or Mario Maker etc will wear the old ones out). 8bitdo sent me 2 new dpad rubber internals during 1 romhack (tbf it was Invictus and took me 151 hours to beat). If you like SNES controllers or PS4 controllers these are great. Unfortunately Xbox has no wireless version but the cable is very long and you can even use a USB extension and it still works fine. --- p226 |

The only other option the owner has is to get rid of his cats, take them with him somehow or pay someone to take care of them. They can't exactly rent it out as an Airbnb and say "must feed cats". Sounds like TCs friend found a perfect way to get his cats taken care of and also have his mortgage paid for him while he is staying out of town. Not saying it is a bad deal for TC necessarily but I'd say he has room to negotiate considering the owner pretty much has no other choice unless he has other friends dying to rent out his place and feed his cats.
