For the first time in a long time I'm actually having fun playing COD. I've been playing a lot of Hardpoint and Domination. I'm glad shotguns are good again. I think the beta was fun, but I hate how they release an incomplete game for $70. First time a base PS4 game was $70 and it wasn't even a complete functioning COD with a barracks. Hopefully there's a good deal on BF. The resurgence modes imo are a good balance between regular MP and battle royale. Smaller maps and respawns until the last couple of circles. I actually enjoy playing those modes more than the big 150 maps(I have only 2 solo big map warzone wins, and over 50 resurgence/rebirth wins). --- p226 |

After buying every CoD every year for 15 years for TDM and Domination, he only modes in MP I still enjoy are non respawn modes like Search and Destroy, Knockout etc. I like Capture the Flag on Cold War but your respawns are limited and not instant. If I have instant respawns the only incentive to not do dumb shit is my stupid KD ratio which is a worthless stat when there is skill based match making. In fact the reason I didn't buy MW2 yet is they still haven't added 2V2 gunfight and won't until 2023. That mode is perfect, everyone gets indentical load outs, time limit, no respawns. No meta gun bullshit and no incentive for camping. At least they patched out slide cancelling and jump shooting BS. If I see it for $35 or less during black Friday I will probably cop MW2, it does have co op modes and a cool looking campaign --- p226 |

| yemmy 11/12/22 1:36:10 PM #1 | I didn't buy MW2 yet, but if the beta is any indication, this is gonna be the most solid battle royale game so far. Also there is a mode called DMZ that is a free to play casual Escape From Tarkov experience. I imagine this will be very fun and will eat up a lot of my time. My computer has almost the exact "recommend specs" for Warzone 2. Ryzen 5 1440, RX 580 4gb and 16 GB of ram. Not the best PC but it was only $600 in 2018 so it has been worth the money(I don't have a 4K TV anyway). Runs the first Warzone better than PS5 at 1080 but I imagine they optimized Warzone 2 to be better on next gen consoles. --- p226 |

I just wanted to be aggressive and I was a lot more impatient. Conviction kinda rewards being a jackass because it is easy to shoot your way out of you get spotted. Now that I'm enjoying MGS, Hitman etc, what Splinter Cell games are the best? I wouldn't mind a mix of action and stealth, in fact I prefer it. Also any other stealth action game recommendations would be great. I'm getting TLOU part 2 during black Friday deals I'm sure as an early Christmas present too. I really enjoyed the gameplay from the first. --- p226 |
