yup. my weakness is sweets / candy, but i limit myself to having that once a day.

i cook almost all of my own food. i avoid meat, eggs, dairy and all other animal products, which makes it easy to avoid excess fat and cholesterol. since going vegan, keeping my weight down has been pretty effortless.
