Youtuber who had been on a steady growth curve for years and years suddenly starts steadily losing subscribers the literal day they come out as non binary, and their content begins to reflect it.

So did the content on the channel change drastically at the same time? I don't bother to unsub, but there are channels I haven't watched videos on for more than a year because they changed the focus on the channel that got me to watch in the first place.

Like one I follow. Used to do a lot of puzzle type games, but came out awhile back as being a furry. They've been doing quite a few visual novels and dating sims type games from what I can tell. My viewership of his channel has gone down since them. Nothing to do with his identity, everything to do with the types of games he plays. But it seems to be what his patreon supporters want, so whatever.

Yeah, summons with her is somewhat debatable. Some people find they help a lot, some people think she just farms health off of them.

Trick is to have a couple of summons for different fights. Perfumer Tricia is nice to keep an attack buff up, and a periodic damage shield. Latenna or Ancestral Follower to shoot arrows at range. Greatshield soldier ashes to lock an enemy down.

Played through the game 5-6 times. I try not to reuse ashes I've previously used. While there are some that are definitely better than others, I found it more fun to find one that complements my build.

Pro life tip. Park next to the cart corral. You get to set the spacing, no issues opening the drivers side door. Plus, takes like 5 seconds to put the cart there after unloading.

Interesting how he played the "map game" with the old couple in the cabin. Wonder if he will do it again like in the game knife under the guys kneecap. They made allusions to his violent past, so curious if they will show us this as an example of what he used to be like.

And as soon as I saw the bedroom, I recognized it from the game where Ellie and Joel argue. Think I actually preferred the show ending with Joel storming out of the room. In the game, the scene felt a little undercut by suddenly getting attacked by raiders.

a different manager was abusing his power and having his subordinates do things that were not their job. guy #1 wasn't happy with it, but he always did what he was told, never asked any questions. it was actually guy #2 that reported the issue and had the manager held accountable.

not sure if this counts as a "yes man" or not, but guy #1 doesn't adapt too well to change. if i have him do anything that is kinda different from his normal work, he gets stuck easily. in general he's a slow learner. some of my other employees can adapt to change much easier.

What's the difference between these two examples? That's it bad when another manager has a worker do something that isn't their job, but it's all good if you ask them?

It really calms down in regard to the violence and kind of the swearing. It begins focusing more on Harley's relationship with Ivy and her henchmen, and what she actually wants for herself.

What you'd expect. All of the gear and spells you've collected, your flask upgrades, things like Rune Arcs and Larval Tears, reusable non-quest items like the Lantern, upgrade items, some bell bearings

That is the key thing to keep in mind before starting NG+. Figure out what you want to do, and upgrade the weapons you think you might be using, or just buy as many upgrade mats as you can. Also, if you want to respec, do it now. Otherwise you'll have to wait until you kill Rennala again.

How has Mass Effect series aged badly?

Two things I think don't work well any more. First, the inventory system is a mess. I know it autosorts by tiers, but it would also be nice if you could change the sorting to group similar items. Second, it could just be a me problem, but I wish the speed up/skip dialogue option was a different button than the confirm selection. I find I have to hold to the left side of the wheel so it doesn't end the conversation on accident.

I, too, was upset that the ending didn't take into account every single choice I made in the trilogy. I mean, there was what, only 10 choices per game, so 30 choices across all of them? How lazy was Bioware when they couldn't make 1,073,741,824 different variations on the ending to make it personal to me.

But maybe I'm being generous. Maybe there were only 5 choices that mattered per game. In which case, 32,768 endings should have been doable.

2 is not that good

Thank you. It wasn't a bad game, but I really disliked how it was all mission structures. I missed the ability to wander around the galaxy landing on random planets. Lack of weapon load-out was a downer as well. While I did enjoy the characters and their loyalty missions, other parts of the game were a bit too streamlined compared to what we got in the first one.

I think you have like 30 seconds before they do. So if you're strong enough, it becomes a non-issue. Well, until fatty decides to not stop rolling that is.

I did read that they were weak to sleep, but I have like no way to inflict it. I don't have a recipe for sleep pots and I don't have the intelligence to wield St. Trina's sword (plus I'd hafta upgrade it). All I could do is buy a ton of sleep arrows and try not to get destroyed while slowly firing at them.

If you do Selvius' questline far enough, the archer puppet ashes he sells is a great tool for this fight. She uses sleep arrows and knocks them out after a hit or two.

But yeah, this is the one fight I didn't enjoy at all. They're are just both too aggressive and almost impossible to separate. You just have to rush one of them down and hope you can kill it fast enough so then it is just a one on one fight. The only good thing is that you can now buy tier 8 and 9 smithing stones.

Have you found the twiggy cracked tear for your physick? Good to pop if you are just running for your runes.

Any you haven't seen the annoying archers yet. Wait until you try to light the lanterns in town and get sniped from 3 sides at once.

Simple trick all us players forget. Block instead of dodging. Use the guard counter when they hit. Then again, I've never used the greathammer that you showed, so it might be too slow to tag them.

The frenzy eyes are neat, but I do miss the pink irises he had before.

The mirror in Fia's room in roundtable hold lets you adjust appearance. It will let you toggle off the eye cosmetics and put it back to way it was when you made the character.

If you like the headband look, there is one I love, the aristocrat's headband. From the grace where the giant blacksmith is, just run south to the ruins. Two of the mobs are to the left right past the doorframe. I could normally get both before they started teleporting away. Took like 30 seconds to run from the grace, kill the 2 mobs, sit at the grace again.

I dont need a quest log, I just want direction. Fucking every NPC is like "Pray fate crosses our paths again" and is now in some totally new corner of the map I might have already explored and thus have no reason to return to.

Quite a few will tell you the general direction they are going, like heading to the castle in the north. The big problem is that that isn't a part of the dialogue that they repeat.

Sounds opposite of FF11. They'd threaten to kick you if you tried to dps as a healer. In an xp party, you were expected to heal, buff, debuff, and pull the next mobs to keep the chain going. The other 5 were all damage dealer jobs who refused to control hate and whined the second they got poisoned or something. Some mobs, getting poisoned was good, because it woke you up from sleep and did next to no damage.

I don't recall this part specifically. Reading the topic title, I first imagined climbing the pillars of blades later in the game. That was my point of frustration.

I would love for that to be the case, but in customer service, it's your ass if you lost your cool. Way back when I worked at McDonald's, one of the guy's had an irate customer that was cursing him out, so he cursed her out in response. He got fired almost immediately.

Best thing to do is stay calm, remain firm in what you are saying, and be sickeningly polite. I found it tends to send the raging customer even farther off the deep end where they will just leave in frustration. Or once they start swearing at or insulting you, you have now been given a reason to shut them down and refuse to interact with them any further. "I'm sorry, I will not be talked to like that. Have yourself a good day". Then just walk away if possible, or ignore them.

Used to get this at the theatre all the time in regards to what movies were playing. Didn't doubt they saw the movie listed, but I guarantee is was for a different theatre and/or day. They would then demand free passes for coming all the way and being inconvenienced.

I recall one time it was true, and that was because the movie was never delivered. Poor guys drove from St. Louis to Chicago to see Ghost in the Shell 2 and we hadn't received it yet. If I'm driving 6+ hours for a new release, I'm calling the theatre to confirm before leaving the house.

Twisted Metal 4 I do think ppl sleep on, some how Sony studios released 3 which was awful and got 989 sports and car combat to make it better. Also I don't know if all the endings were better, endings are up to opinion. Without considering Rogue Trip and ranking Twisted Metal 4 and Vigilante 8 which eh last time I tried TM4 I was really drunk I guess and it had been awhile on camera. But TM4 I'd give at least a 7. Everyone thinks it sucks b/c 3 did, but if you never did play it, give it a look.

Black for me, I never played much and should love because I like depression, but never quite give it a real chance (more than once) and ppl do say it's difficult.

I agree, 3 was crap. Hated how they decided to make some more realistic car physics, which resulted in you rolling over any time you got hit in the side. Good luck playing Axel when you spend the whole match rolling sideways.

There was also the slept on Small Brawl. Was unfortunate that it came out on PS1 a few months after Black was released on PS2. Going back a generation and seeming more kid friendly made a lot of people skip it, if they even knew it came out.

So many gamers love bootlicking. You can not have a problem with paying more, but don't go and act like the companies are being generous for not charging higher. They're not your friends and shit looks pathetic.

Who's bootlicking? Some of us are old enough to remember this being a price point 30 years ago. It dropped around the PSone era, but has gone back up to what it used to be.

Maybe my fault that Babbages was the only real option to buy games for me at time, but $70 was pretty common on the SNES. Final Fight, Super GnG, Street Fighter 2, LttP are just a few off the top of my head that I had to scrimp at $4.25/hr to afford.

In the behind the scenes, they mentioned wanting a location that Canada could pass for. In universe, it makes sense if they were trying to stick to major roads. A quick google search looks like highway 70 is a great way to move cross country, and it appears that it passes through Kansas City. Admittedly, going from Boston to highway 70 doesn't seem that practical though.

Haven't played it yet, but it seems to come down to the way people use consumables in RPG. Some people hoard them "for when the time is right" and hate the idea. Others have no problem burning through them since they get replaced easily.

I compare it to me playing the dark souls games. In the first one, I was stingy with firebombs because they weren't easy to come by. In the third game, I'm chucking them everywhere because it was simple to get more.
