The only angle I can see is to tell the doctor he thinks he saw on Lea to protect him by saying yoohoo I saw your silly butt and didn't reveal you so now protect me. But, why assume doctor went to Lea?

Any scum informational role visiting Lea would make more sense than a town informational role. So a scum role scanner or something. Town scanner visiting Lea is dumb because even if you suspect her if town she's likely dead N1.

Really Isquen and Lea are scummates but a town watcher when doctor has all but claimed isn't holding their result.
