Technology as a whole. I've given up on trying to get my mom to be able to do even a standard text on her phone. She's old, but I see people older than her around with their faces stuck in their smartphones and tablets, doing their thing. So it's not an "old person doesn't get modern tech" problem, it's just a "her" problem.

She's very stubborn that way, even growing up in the 80's my mom was always adverse to new tech. Programming the time on the VCR? Fuhghettaboutit, I always had to do it, lol. Though to be fair my dad could never do it either, but for a time much later on my dad was more tech savvy than I was, but that didn't last too long.

Need? Probably not. Should? Maybe, it was enjoyable enough as its own thing, IMO.

Plus that cool thing at the end where it's revealed that she's a mutant, and the 90's X-Men cartoon jingle plays.

She was better in Revenge of the Fallen, bent over doing... whatever to that motorcycle. She wasn't too thin, and it was before she started getting plastic surgery.

The end part on the aircraft carrier was a pickup shot, which happened some time after principal photography, and she had gotten skinny and had her mouth puffed up like duck lips. Even Micheal Bay was like, "WTF?", when he saw her.

The President in Netflix's House of Cards was a gamer. He was disappointed when he couldn't log on to Call of Duty, his Secret Service detail told him they had to disconnect the WiFi because they couldn't take the risk that connection wasn't secure. He got all pouty lol.

This is why if I'm playing story games, I prefer to do them alone. I don't need the distraction of other people around talking and criticizing, ruining my immersion.

Stuff like fighting games, or racing games, or FPS multiplayer are fine in group settings, because there's little to no context to react to.

That's the way I thought streaming show were going to be, but nope. Most streaming shows across the different brands don't get physical releases. I would love to buy 4K discs of shows like Altered Carbon, Death Love and Robots, The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance, and most of the Disney+ live action Marvel and Star Wars shows, but nope.

They're like Spawn, who could fit in either game. It's just that in MK they can be as gory as their source materials.

Uh, because they've been busy working on Mortal Kombat 1 instead. It's ok though fam, they still got you covered for a superhero fix, since they got Peacemaker, Omni-Man, and Homelander coming to MK1. There's some injustice for you right there.

It was good, but the performance was pretty bad on Switch. You can tell the devs had scope and ambitions that they weren't willing to cut, so a lot of the game chugs along, and at low rez. I swear that Bayonetta 2 on WiiU looked and ran better than Bayo 3.

Like there are giant kaiju sections that on paper and at a glance should be totally awesome, but the framerate dips far below the usual 60fps, and the graphics get all muddy and grainy. Sad.

Nintendo saving the franchise is both a blessing and a curse. There probably wouldn't be a Bayo 2 or 3 without them, but the franchise has been stuck on their weak hardware ever since. I lament what this game could've been like using the full power of the PS5 or Series X. 4K!? 120hz!? Arrrgh!
