Eddie hall did it by beating the previous record by like 40kgs, and he didn't specialise in that lift.

Hafthor did 501, but it didn't even take him that long to prepare for it and he made it look like he had another 15kgs in the tank.

Meanwhile and since then there's been about 20 guys called "deadlift specialists" doing nothing else except trying to beat that number by even 1kg, for years. Some of the strongest men on the planet completely fixated on topping it and no one is getting very close. The strongest guys in the world right now are sometimes hitting about 475.

Wild.

It's really cool. You open up steam, you launch the game, it launches another launcher, and then you have to make an account on that new launcher to play the game. What I really love about modern gaming is the 14 step process to start a game up every time.

And the best part is how heavy these launchers are. It's awesome how they just like, really want to stay open in the background, run all kinds of adware and constantly update everything all the time. What an excellent system for everyone.

If it's anything like D:OS2:

  • Almost total freedom on story choices, including so many in every scenario that seem outlandishly unlikely. Like a real DnD campaign.
  • True roleplaying
  • Challenging turn based combat that has you thinking outside the box more often than not. Using the environment to your advantage, etc.
  • Very wide choice of classes

Games where you eat or absorb things that are smaller to grow, but if you try to eat something bigger you die or get hurt. The general premise is to get as big as possible.

Katamari damacy is one. I've seen some mobile games with this premise.

idk but it doesn't feel like I've eaten almost a whole day's worth of calories after eating just a pound of pasta.

There is not a linear relationship between calories and stomach fullness or satiety. Foods that have a lot of volume or fibre or lack sweetness tend to be very filling. Like pasta.

You just need a candidate to start using republican rhetoric to push democrat positions.

Republican voters have shown they don't have real values or principles, they just want to make sure they're backing their own and hurting the others. So get a guy to claim to do that.

Like, let's own the liberals by increasing funding to climate science research to get to the real truth. Let's trigger feminists by giving white people better access to healthcare. Let's own the snowflakes by making programs to better employment opportunities.

You know what really upsets the fragile left? Freedom. Like, freedom to marry who you want, live how you want, be who you want. Let's abolish laws that make you conform to a narrow socially accepted lifestyle.

No, because watching someone do some act of magic in front of me will make me go through some sort of critical checklist like this:

  1. Can I be sure that what I saw really happened and wasn't a magic trick or illusion of some kind. This is the most likely answer in every case. I have never seen a genuine miracle that could not be explained by something like this.
  2. If the thing really happened, what might this say about our understanding of science? Because phenomena that can't be explained is more likely to be some aspect of discovery that we don't know rather than something mystical. This is a hard one to get past and I don't think ever has been.
  3. If I was convinced that it was real and was mystical, what links this to a particular religion or dogma? Just because the miracle happened in front of me doesn't mean that the bible is correct and that priests are telling the truth.

[LFAQs-redacted-quote]

See my estimate was more like 2500-3000 calories a day, for a couple of reasons. The first and main reason is that people who talk like the OP ("I sometimes have a snack", and "I don't even eat that much but I'm putting on weight") are usually downplaying their intake severely, whether intentionally or not. And remember, he's putting on weight. There's no way a grown man is noticeably putting on weight at 1500 calories unless he's 130lbs and completely couch-locked.

My estimate is more like:

-8-9 am - milk glass in the morning after waking up -- "200ish calories if you are drinking about a 1.5 cups" - fair.
-10 am - breakfast: simple sandwich with ham and cheese, or cheese quesadillas with corn tortillas. sometimes roasted hot dog/sausage and lightly fried eggs -- I think you're wildly off here. 300 would be the bottom end and would only account for 2 fried eggs, nevermind the hot dog. Depending on how he makes the quesadilla I'm thinking closer to 1000 calories. Let's split the difference and say 600.
- chocolate milk or juice to go with breakfast - I think you're looking at more like 300 calories here.
- water and zero sugar soda through the day
- 3-4pm - usually, soup or rice, with some roasted chicken or meat and steamed veggies - 400 calories is not unreasonable, but given the rest of the context I bet its more. Say 600.
only sometimes something sweet for dessert, like cookies or mangoes - In other words most of the time something sweet for desert, which could be anywhere from 500 calories to another 1000 calories.
8-9 pm - for dinner, a glass of milk or yogurt, sometimes a sandwhich - "200 to 500ish" calories is fair.

OP - the sad thing is that you're eating a lot of calories but as you've noticed, you're not eating a lot of food. That's because your nutrition quality is pretty garbage, sorry. When you eat crap all day you can have very tiny amounts and chalk up a huge amount of calories and still be hungry. You need grains, fibre, vegetables and more protein.

My dude, you're eating close to 3000 calories a day of pure dog shit. The reason you're always hungry is because your diet blows and has so little actual nutrition in it, while still managing to be extremely dense in calories.

Stop with the milk with everything. Stop with the quesadilla for breakfast. Definitely stop with the chocolate milk every day. Stop with the sweet and candy treats with every meal. Eat some whole foods, healthy fats, grains, fibre.

So many of these things are treats, not things to have every day as part of your regular tuesday morning diet.

It's something like "macroing the minutiae" or "maxing the minimum".

A good example is in fitness/weight lifting. People spend a lot of time worrying about supplements, egg whites and precise wrist supination, and not enough time worrying about whether they're eating enough or actually training hard.

Yeah i never played any dnd or crpg. From my understanding, basically you form a team, tanks in the front and long range at the back. Also lots of reading, much more than jrpgs. Did i get it right?

Divinity Original Sin 2 had a system where the environment and damage types were the overwhelmingly most important factors in combat, plus it was very challenging throughout.

So even if you had the tankiest tank or an OP mage, it counted for shit if you were positioned poorly or you didn't have a balanced team that used the right combination or choice of physical vs magic damage.
