For customer survey reviews this is objectively false. Companies demand perfect scores across the board. A glowing 4-star review is literally viewed the same as a 0 while a no text 5-star review is perfect.

Others basically use a binary scale of only 1 or 5 star ratings.

I think this is more about people being more likely to review something they feel strongly one way or the other about rather than leaving no room for grey.

Also the content of the review is more important than the score itself.

In the past three weeks...

-My birthday (had separate celebrations with friends and family)
-Injury resulting in fewer/less intense workouts for over a week
-Halloween (mmm... candy...)
-Mom's birthday

The result of which has been I've gained about four pounds. Should be easy to shed if I start watching it again but I have to make sure I actually do that so this doesn't just spiral into Thanksgiving, because next thing I know it'll be New Years and four will have turned into ten.

So it's hitting me that since I'm almost certain the invincibility twist was added to put the game back on schedule after Luke's ejection, it's absolutely insane how the entire trajectory of the season was determined by literally one word.

Yep. Perhaps the most obvious boot so far in a season devoid of suspenseful boots (save the Ian & Joe boot).

After guessing Asteroids and Space Invaders. I dunno my arcade space shooters very well.

Yeah, Sifu being pre-jury makes a lot of sense given his edit and I had kinda been expecting it since episode 3 or so.

This season is still great despite stupid format things and twists and two pseudo quits and that bad boot right there. Like, astonishingly good considering all that. I could honestly see this landing in my top 10 and maybe could have been top 5 without all of the above.

That moment right there was one of the strangest things I've ever seen the editors do.

Alright, so clearly the pre-challenge was all about why Bruce is pre-jury again.

Did we ever end up doing live action video game adaptations? If not, I'd definitely participate when it comes up but in light of the last 24 hours, uh, we should probably wait and see what the release window for Zelda is.

Not much annoys me in that department, especially over the past few years as I've learned to take things easy much better.

But Liberty Mutual is seriously pushing my last nerve. The original "Liberty Bibbity" one was the only tolerable one they've done in the last few years.

Also the Caesar's Sportsbook "If you don't have my app, I can't reward ya" one played during almost every single Hulu break from like March through May because online sports betting just became legal here. That one turned annoying eventually but then looped around back to actually being kinda catchy and I missed it when it went away.

All those 3rd party characters and no Sonic? Also, I certainly approve of Fawful getting in but Nabbit probably deserves a spot at this point, and we need a Wario Ware rep. I say Ashley.

Due to some upcoming issues on my end, I'm pre-emptively pushing the deadline back one week. Hopefully this gives the people who have been saying they hope they don't need an extension a little bit of a cushion.

The new deadline is Monday, December 4th.

Cat in the Hat

There's some debate as to when they're going to start the jury on Survivor due to the next episode being a double boot. The common opinion is that the first person booted will not be on the jury and the second person booted will, which is probably right but I kinda hate that since which tribe goes to tribal council first is entirely up to the immune person (I mean I hate the split tribal format anyway but that's another discussion entirely).

But for real, I can't understand why they didn't bring back Piranha Plant Pipeline and my OCD hates the fact that that course is forever trapped on Tour.

It's weird that the datamine got so much correct right down to the T, yet got some stuff wrong in the last two waves (out of the final two waves, we lost an original, a Tour, and a GCN course and instead got two Wii courses and a 3DS course that we weren't supposed to get).
