How in the fuck do people manage to get fired from Walmart?

I worked there well over a year. Constantly missed shifts. Blatantly refused to do certain portions of my job. Worked stats I wasn't schedule for. Was stoned constantly. Did everything in my power to avoid having to interact with customers. Took long breaks. Took extra breaks. Didn't clock out on breaks. Etc.

Only people I ever knew who got fired were a guy who made a hidden napping area in the stock room and one who got on the intercom and started telling various managers and employees to fuck off. I literally didn't think it was even possible to get fired from Walmart without stealing or intentionally going out of your way to make it happen.
