I believe I heard something like that... There's like three enterprise versions with different updating methods. |

The security officers did tell me I cannot bring the multitool in. They did not tell me, nor offer me, the checking of the multitool, hence the argument started. The police officers were the ones that went to the counter to tell them to hold it for me. My beef is not really with the police officers (with the exception that they "lied" to me about this being a gravity knife), since they "forced" the employees to hold my multitool for me, but rather with the poor handling of the situation with the security officers. |

I tried to be rational with them, and the security officers called the nearby police officers over. The officers told me they could either confiscate this multitool and arrest me (because the knife on it can be considered a gravity knife which is illegal in NYC), or I can lock it away at the guest counter, enter the memorial, and get it back when I exit. ..........seriously? How is a multitool illegal? Bah. |

When I went to pick up the car, the car had a check engine light. Note that the mechanic verified that check engine light was not on when I brought the car in. Upon troubleshooting the check engine light, they found out it's the camshaft sensor and the O2 sensor going bad. They're quoting ~$700. I told them that all I know, and that they verified, is that I came in without a check engine light, and now there's a check engine light. They said what they fixed has nothing to do with what broke, and won't budge on price. What do...? |
