Also, during the winter, they can go months without eating, even if you try to feed them something. One year both of my boas refused to eat for about 5 months, all during the cold months. BTW I never balked at the use of lettuce - Shaky Beef is a similar dish that uses lettuce and is delicious. I'm not why you're so butthurt because you screwed up one dish. Just move on (like I keep saying) and try a better dish and don't overcook the meat next time, cheer up! I'm not butthurt, I just don't take kindly to your false claims with absolutely no show of credibility. I know for a fact that the meat was not dry since I cooked it and ate it, you claim things from a picture without even considering how it was cooked by reading my OP just to antagonize me and for that reason only. Good cooks can tell just by pictures when someone screwed something up. In this case it's glaringly obvious the meat was ruined. No problem though, just give it your all next time and I'm sure you'll make a much better dish than that disaster!
