Now the company's trading at an all time high, and with every pay check I'm getting a stock grant as if we were still in a recession. That makes the numbers completely absurd. you didn't answer the question I tried to answer the intent of the question. The real answer is "im not totally sure" since it varies by like 100k year over year. But right now it's looking like 250-275kish on W-2. Not sure once I include sold stocks for capital gain. If you hate the job that much, why not just quit? At the time it was super close to my dad's house where I lived. He was a hardass and probably would have flipped out if I had up and quit one day without finding a new job (plus I had to pay rent).
