JP's FF9 KM when this started had both.

And a reminder to keep at least 5k lapis ready for potential end of year rainbow. Ideally 20k in total since the type banners also carries a guaranteed first pull if they drop them soon.

Rainbow ticket pieces are expensive from the little I can I recall when they drop however...

The 3 4* tickets you can buy in KM will be 2k/6k/12k.

Rem and WKN have partial revealed enhancements. (Dagger Boomerang, Bring It On and Glacial Wave.)

Her 7* is a substantial improvement if you can get her going.

But that's something left to consider if you get dupes at some point.

Effort-wise she is worth the cost of admission with her kit since you can be selective without losing out on efficiency unlike Queen the money sink....

Zargabaath is best built as support due to his subpar offensive capacities.

Since Gumi started early with 4* tickets at King Mog events this means we might see certain materias, DC/DW/DH/30% HP/ etc, appear at them in rotation.

But only one at a time.

Do mind Aileen needs to be in 4# & 6# for optimal set up, and even then there are enemies with wonky hit boxes.

Plus both of them benefits from a 25 lv LB anyway.

And for us Europeans, prepare for a very early maintenance. (5am in my case.)

In my catalog it's Fry and Aileen.

Mostly because I want her firepower over 950 before I use her. (Which I am not expecting to reach until Ifrit 3*)

Aileen I can't use until either enhancements, champion belts or 7* hits due to restrictions.

If someone wants to speed up materia crafting for the trophy you can buy Farplane souls in dragon village in season 2. (Hence why I set my reward to lightning crysts most of the time. )

Then it cracked into a Mystea.

Nice!

Hope you kept that thermal suit. As long as you got both equip shields, access to Thirst for survival and 2 Garnets you should be able to handle most magical elemental content.

The trial can pre-nuke your party, so bring Mystea and Snow/Wilhelm for rng manipulation.

If both fire dps and CPR unit survives you don't have to restart the app. ( Do mind to not to drag on beating it since an eventual update will hard lock what targets are selected.)

And don't forget two light wands for easy Mystea material, unless you going to request a Mystea. (The raid harp does oddly enough have better spr for Tim than the other one...)

The banner, save William, is geared towards gearing up Cloud anyway. (And DH-users too if you only get Elfreed.)

But it being a double rainbow is a headache.....

No new unit gets enhancements on release. (But they can be buffed like Fohlen or Lunera from their respective enhancements to make them less ducky so to speak.)

Plus we still have the question whether Elfreed will be clamped(Sazh and Kelsus in the past) or not since Cloud's will be.

The only enhancements we know for GL is WKN, SR, Nine and King. Anything else is speculation until the next update or two.

Edit: Should point out Cloud's LB is like 2B's; However 2.1K% over a 15 hit series.

Should still work even if he ain't Wilhelm, but we shall see when it comes to enhancements.

Nope.

Roy/Grom/Aura are perms.

Raid units(Kupolkan/Ashteroze/Kelsus/Nyalu/Sandee) are limited.

Roy is for longer battles if you don't launch his maxed out LB asap. 2 turns per song. 7 turns to hit crescendo.

All raid units can go 6*.

They are only available during this raid and are rewards. (I haven't pulled on the raid gacha yet so I assume those are just mogs, along with mogs and shards(?) for Kelsus.)

Overall they suck, so you pretty much just keep them for their looks and pull from the raid gacha for free stuff. Some do have a particular skill or two, but nothing you use long term without specialization like Kupolkan's heal lb.

You can do dailies, but don't forget Christmas. (Do note Lunera is among the best mana batteries besides Ace until CG Nichol if you crave big numbers.)

If you have the equipment, materia and enhancements there is a nuke in Trance Terra....

DV is good for utility, access to dark resistance (he himself absorbs it) for everyone and chaining with the landeau family.

If you are employing Rikku's TMR you should see it often enough.

Otherwise she will spend her time Tri, die the Kenny-way, defend, or deploy an AoE effect if number 2 doesn't kick in.

Roy is a great bard. Slow on the uptake, but pays off if you don't want to slam down his LB.

Grom is TMR fodder.

Aura is decent outside TMR. You rarely see a good kit for chaining, LB and auto-refresh on a gold, BUT if you got rainbow DPS worth a damn you will care about that as much as Chizuru thnese days.

Raid units you really only care about if you got Rem(Ashteroze), or need that Sandee because you just can't get Ilias. (Or lulzquick healing with good mods for the LB on the clown.)

I have Marie, Rikku, and Minfilia, so I was just curious if having them makes Mystea less of a necessity, or if she still has much better niche use over them for specific situations that makes her worth pulling and investing in.

You are still eating an unbreakable 2k% magical modifier even with over 100% fire immunity on everyone on turn one when the nuke goes off.

Unless your party is full of 400+ SPR units, and even then I wouldn't bet on their survival rate. (Plus he can add a 100% all stats buff.)

You need to mod your magic aoe tank for each battle anyway for a 150-200% resistance for various elements when you don't stack a lot of SPR+HP for other battles.

(Some can be more annoying like earth, wind or light depending on what you have at hand.)

I really want to see how Tankevia can deal with that now. I assume he's one of the early 3* espers?

If you remember from a few months back I mentioned he was the one with 50m hp.

Tankevia will sit there with the moogle.

The issue is you need to deal with his magic fire 400% ST, 700% aoe and 2k% aoe with said -100% imperil.

(As a shits and giggles since Fenrir is coming, his 3* in the far future is 90m hp and deals with dark and ice in the 900% territory on top of absorbing them.... And well, massive aoe debuff+stun, and single target confusion on top of death...)

Enhancements are usually after the maintenance around the 15th. Otherwise the week after unless special circumstances.

Plus kill her for esper gauge, AoE 3 Turn 80% reraise (5 Turn cd) with 20% mitigation and 100% spr/def.

Aldo 50% of her lb for AoE 180mp.
