And while my gripes about it were 100% correct the game is just well made and legitimately fun. It won me over. It doesn't really need to exist and showing Rachel kills her as a character for the main game but if you ignore that and just play it for what it is, it's really good. I'd say more but I'd just spoil stuff, so go play it Also if you're worried about it "Dragging out" don't. It's a lot shorter than the original game. Only 3 episodes and they're not as long. Police said the suspect, Motokazu Koizumi, a temp worker, got into an argument with the victim, who lives in Itami City, Hyogo Prefecture, while they traveled on the JR Kanjo Line last Wednesday at around 6:50 a.m. When the train stopped at Taisho Station 10 minutes later, they both got off and continued arguing on the platform, station surveillance camera footage showed. Police said that as they were ascending the stairs toward the exit, Koizumi stabbed the victim in the stomach and then fled amid the rush hour crowd. Fuji TV reported that Koizumi turned himself after calling police on Thursday morning. During questioning, he said there had been trouble between himself and the victim for the past two months, as they took the same train to and from work most days. Koizumi, who was sent to prosecutors on Friday afternoon, was quoted by police as saying he got angry because the victim often sat in the priority seating and that he had reprimanded him about it during evening commutes home, but was always ignored. He said he had carried the fruit knife he used in the attack in his coat several times prior to the assault. Meanwhile, a colleague of the victim, who is still in hospital, told police that he would come into work, saying someone kept trying to pick a fight with him on the train. The offence at district court level can carry a sentence of up to one year. His trial at Cloverhill District Court heard claims Mr Berkeley, who has been getting psychiatric and psychological treatment, was wearing a raccoon onesie outfit when he was arrested shortly after the graffiti attack. Despite allegedly admitting the crime to garda, he was granted a dismissal following a number of technical arguments made by defence solicitor Tony Collier. The lawyer contended that the case had to be thrown out due to gaps in evidence such as the lack of CCTV evidence as well as the absence of a Garda witness who authorised an interview when Mr Berkeley allegedly owned up. Mr Berkeley has 23 previous convictions including weapons offences, possessing knives and an imitation firearm. Garda Lorcan Murphy of Pearse Street Garda station told the court that written in chalk on the front of the George Bar was: *******s out, *******s, *******s bar, **** ***. A swastika symbol was also drawn on the front of the bar in chalk. After watching CCTV footage from the bar, garda arrested Mr Berkeley in the vicinity. Garda Murphy said Mr Berkeley was detained at Pearse Street Garda station under Section Four of the Criminal Justice Act and during interview he made full admissions that it was him on the CCTV and it was him that wrote these words and images on the front of the George pub. An invoice for the clean-up work was furnished to the court. The bars general manager Darragh Flynn was called to give evidence and said he saw a swastika as well as the homophobic comments on the front of the bar after it had closed. He said he watched the CCTV footage of the incident which showed a person in a onesie. Defence solicitor Tony Collier argued that this witness was not the manager listed on the charge sheet as being the injured party. Judge Blake was told that the named person no longer worked there but Mr Flynn had the same rank. Mr Berkeley smiled throughout the hearing but did not address the court. He had been in prison on remand since July when his bail was revoked.
