Also in most places in the US now diaper changing (as well as escorting young children to the bathroom) must be done with a second adult present, might be a good policy for Israel to look into

The last time I know of a character being banned aside from Smash is Soulcalibur IV almost ten years ago

EDIT: Oh yeah, Sub-Zero. Was that because of balance though, or some logistical issue?

Galactus, Orochi Iori, and Justice were intentionally overpowered boss characters so they are a different circumstance.

Ginyu's swap isn't even as ridiculous as 16's instakill. Not to mention the X-factor which everyone has access to is still the largest equalizer since it's so powerful. Tien has that 80% damage move also.

This game is about the absurdly powerful nonsense that defines DBZ. It's definitely going to be embraced as part of the game, and we probably haven't seen anything close to the craziest stuff yet.

You know all those ridiculous posts about DBZ fans not getting fighting games? Yeah, that's gonna cut both ways.

Not sure Im understanding you right, but if what youre saying is that fighting game fans will miss the point of a DBZ fighting game and try to get stuff banned, youre definitely wrong. Because A) like 90% of FGC loves DBZ already, and B) except for the Smash games which largely dont have overlap with the rest of the crowd, most games scenes are pretty reticent to ban anything.

Definitely won't be banned, considering the rest of the genre. Other games have straight-up resurrection abilities (and this likely will too--it's probably what getting the seventh Dragon Ball in a match does)

Oh, shit, I didn't realize that was in it.

But with the revival mechanic, everyone has access to it. I can see Ginyu on every team as he's gonna be a massive problem to deal with in keeping players off balance so they don't get body swapped with.

Well, we haven't seen what the move actually looks like yet in-game, it may have a long startup time or be very tough to setup in a combo, plus it's a level 3 super, so I don't think it will be as meta-dominating as you might think. And I'd assume that if the other guy has three meter when he gets swapped, that he could swap back if he can connect with the move.

As for the Dragon Balls, what we know so far is that hitting a 10-19 hit combo activates the one-star ball, 20-29 the two-star, etc. This counts for both players, so whoever gets that final ball activated gets the benefit even if they didn't do the rest. We don't know what the effect is but it's most likely resurrection, since that's what the balls are most often used for in the series.

like, even setting aside the gameplay being radically better, how can you look at the graphics and think it's "just another DB game"

Can't wait for someone to use Body Change at low health to get an advantageous position but then get bodied because they don't know how to play the other character

well this is annoying

i have one quest and one sidequest remaining in Shadow of War

i'm like 10 levels underleveled for the sidequest, despite doing literally every single thing to do in this game, every collectible, every other quest. it would take another 10 hours of grinding to get to the level i need.

also the final quest is probably heavy on nazgul fighting and as far as i'm concerned, fighting the nazgul is the worst part of this game. aggressively unfun. the back half has been loaded with it

Gotta get them legendary orcs yo

Demon's Crest is the third in the Ghosts 'n Goblins spinoff series Gargoyle's Quest, where you play as a Red Arremer named Firebrand (as seen in the two most recent Marvel Vs Capcom games). Gargoyle's Quest 1 and 2 aren't metroidvania-ish like Demon's Crest is, but they play similarly otherwise.
