Picard is a cut above.

Janeway proved herself when faced with a near impossible scenario.

Kirk is a stubborn badass. He's exceptionally talented but held back by his overly violent nature. Spock acts as a tremendous crutch for him.

Sisko resembles Picard in many ways. He's coolheaded and demonstrated great skill in handling the volatile mess he was thrown into.

Learn a little at least. Some parts are subject to wear and tear and these are the ones you get replaced regularly based on mileage. Stuff like the clutch, front and rear brake pads (they start making a screeching noise when they're ripe for replacement), the various filters. Oil, coolant fluid every X miles. Battery every couple of years depending on make and luck. Tires usually every other year depending on mileage (if you don't have 4WD it is advisable to rotate front / rear each season).

Basics.

Oh and buy Japanese cars.

While we are discussing various changes in final fantasy games, I wanna ask about these patches people talk about that basically create entire new stories/characters on final fantasy tactics. Are those something legal, or is it not something we can discuss?

Perfectly legal. You just need to have your own game disc and ISO ripped from it to use with the patches (namely 1.3 hardtype or easytype - note that hard means insanely difficult and easy means very hard compared to the base game).
