Intermittent fasting works by keeping your insulin levels as low as possible as long as possible. Apparently it can also boost test levels. I just found this out. Mebbe that's why I'm more muscular looking than I have any right to be. I dknt intentionally do it really but I can't eat in the morning and I'm too lazy to make lunches for work.... I'm by no means agoraphobic but I am pretty introverted. I feel like being old and sitting around reading with little to no interruptions will suit me well tbh.
