I wasn't just in the class room every now and then. It was first-to-last bell. Exposure and collaboration is how you learn classroom management. Pick your battles too. I've seen teachers who will rip kids for the SLIGHTEST fuck up. And if you make an honest mistake with a class or student, own up to it.
