Most significant in my eyes would be the improved PVP/Co-op (raised the number from 4 to 6 players; improved the soul memory mechanic) Improved enemy placement and AI. The inclusion of the Forlorn dark spirits. It feels so bad to be unwanted by everyone I interact with Not to pile on, but if that's how you feel, you may be carrying an attitude or just negative sort of presence around with you, and if that's the case then people certainly wouldn't be too keen on being around that sort of energy. I highly recommend going to the gym, getting some exercise. Just an hour a day if you can swing it. Stick with it for at least three months, see if your mood doesn't improve. Just focus on yourself for a while, don't worry about friends or hanging out or impressing people. Just focus on you. Set goals if you need to (weight loss, a certain strength level, whatever), but while setting goals may help, just going and getting some consistent exercise should go a long way. But I have no evidence other than a scar on my thigh. I wouldn't go so far as to say the video games "made him" violent, though. More that his anger at the situation drove him to violence. I recently bought Onimusha : Demon Seige. I loved both Dark Cloud games, but equipment breakage is generally a big turn off for me so when I go back to replay them I usually give up a few hours in. First couple times playing them I was so enamored with the games that I could overlook the equipment degradation. Onimusha is a series I'd love to see return someday. Youre not initiating anything, or creating any sort of romance. Its just sort of part of the cutscene, and theyre already going at it when you walk in. Youre not there for all of that awkward, wooden kissing and gazing at each other. But whenever theres any sort of romantic buildup or two characters are beginning to engage each other affectionately, its never animated in anything resembling a natural interaction. Id probably go Bloodborne > Demons Souls > SotFS > DkS > DkS III > Vanilla DkS II Thats factoring in DLCs. I loved Bloodborne, but The Old Hunters took it to another level. Game is brilliant. I could go either way with SotFS vs DkS. I love the level layout in DkS and being able to level up at bonfires.
