I don't disbelieve that they make their children do Scouts. My question is - is the Mormon population large enough that Mormon Scouts outweigh'

A quick Google search suggests somewhere around 7 million Mormons in the US... with 3.5 being male, and if we assume 13% are teenagers according to national statistics, that makes 455,000 Mormon scouts.

A quick Google search says that the BSA has 2.4 million participants. That means Mormons only account for 1/5 of the Scouting population.

Still a considerable amount, but nowhere near half.

If all of those left, and a balanced amount of girls joined, the BSA would jump from 2.4 million to about 4 million. Even losing the Mormons, this move should increase the size of the organization.

No duh I don't know the details, I haven't seen the code.

I am telling you, as every other person with programming knowledge has, that the instinctive way to program the card would be an easy fix. The two logical assumptions of why Blizzard doesn't want to make the fix are A. That the balance of DK Rexxar was made without wanting to take future cards into consideration (as this technically limits design space, especially of sets that were already being designed), or B. DK Rexxar's effect is not actually random and has a lot more complex of a process to decide on what cards are being picked as options.

Breaking meth addiction is VERY HARD. The very idea that he's taking meth is something that warrants rehab. It's not like alcohol.

Speaking from personal experience, it might be best to talk to him about it. But 1) do NOT take an accusatory tone, 2) try to team up with a family member of his, and 3) make it as clear as possible that you're worried about him and are only doing this because you're his friend and you care about his life. He will likely get very defensive.

I presume you're noticing because his hair and teeth look unhealthy, he's kind of out of it, you've found tin foil in weird places...

Well no, anyone with a basic understanding of coding would know that the change wouldn't take more than... 10 seconds, if the game is programmed in any reasonable manner.

Presumably, each card is tagged with the card type, tribe, and set. Already, Rexxar's pool should be drawing beasts from standard sets. Adding KaC and WW to that list shouldn't take more than a line of coding a piece... if programmed to be absolutely random.

Worked out great for me until I got to shivers, the only spells I could discover were weapon buffs, and I didn't draw a weapon.

I lied. I also took the treasure that let you equip one of Tess's special weapons, then unloaded with double poisoned windfury.

I've beaten both Tracker and Cannoneer.

With Tracker, your cards don't really seem to matter too much. Just take advantage of the broken hero power. My combo was the "Hero Power costs 1 and can be used twice" treasure, along with "cards that don't start in your deck cost 1 less".

I often built my hand up to have tons of free Sinister Strikes. With Jade Shuriken, doing two 2 damage pings and getting two jades a turn for 4 mana is just OP.

Cannoneer was just outplaying the opponents. And the final boss was easy with two glyphs of warding >_>

Peoples' personalities irl tend to match their internet personas pretty close. You display some classic cases of someone who is abusive and manipulative of their friends, so I have no reason to believe the reality is different. And it makes sense, abusers often believe that they are nicer people by convincing themselves that the "good" way they treat people is undeserved yet they keep doing it.

You constantly put down people who are better than you, you use umbrella statements to put down your 'friends' without directly saying it, you do that thing where you compliment somebody while putting them down to make yourself seem like a better person than you are, and you display a nasty habit of angry tendencies.

None of this is news - you've talked about having issues in your life before and it makes sense that they'd manifest in you, especially on a no-filters place like the web. Your willingness to occasionally be self-aware about these things is why I bother sticking around even when you shit all over my career and colleagues. But to pretend that this is you being an "alpha male" and not just an ass is hiding from the issue.

Finally got around to watching Ulti's replay. I will admit that I am much less likely to hand-watch in Arena matches, so the Venomstrike Trap misplay is one I would make, and I'm willing to bet 9/10 of us would make as well. It's strictly a misplay, because it can absolutely be foreseen given how the game played out, but one that is totally forgivable, due to the circumstances behind it.

That Turn 9 is just so fucking bad, though. I draw that Rockbiter weapon and I am singing to the heavens that they blessed me with an answer to the Cobra that's plagued me for multiple turns. Why play the Stormpike Commando, first and foremost? That card's value in Arena doesn't come from his ability to take out 1/1's. It comes from finishing off damaged high-attack minions. It's not like it answers the board situation, either. If the opponent's board was just a Cobra and a 1/1, then I may have forgiven it because the Cobra is the only thing contesting the board. But he had a 3/3 right there to trade instead. I don't know what you were expecting to happen. You had 3 gigantic minions in your hand that you couldn't play because of something you could 100% kill easily with the 2 mana you floated that very same turn.

The honest answer is I forgot Rockbiter Weapon can target a character (your hero) instead of a minion LOL. Shaman is my least played class and I brainfarted, but I highly doubt I would have won that game anyway. It's all good. I took that trash-ass deck to 3 wins.

In retrospect it's hilarious, but I was really annoyed yesterday.

In conclusion, you made a beginner level mistake.
