I read that Odin had been protecting the Dwarves to stop Thanos from ever getting the gauntlet. Loki screwed that up when he stole the throne and stopped protecting the other realms. This allowed Thanos to attack and get the dwarves to forge him the gauntlet. Which is why the one is pissed at Thor for not protecting them. After that, I refused to learn with him, and I didn't have anyone else to teach me, so yeah.
