Last I heard a few years ago, it was like 97%. Apparently, in part, that's because if the cops don't either prove without a doubt the culprit committed the crime or strongarm out a confession ahead of time, it usually doesn't get to court in the first place.

That's what I've heard, anyways. Maybe it's better, maybe it's worse.

I like Xenoblade 2 more because the combat is a lot more involving, but the first game is definitely a more polished and wide-appealing product

like the way each game handles their tutorials is the clearest sign, Xenoblade has nice clean diagrams even a child could probably understand reminiscent of a Level-5 game and if I recall it even lets you go back and review them from the menu, while Xenoblade 2 just drops a series of text boxes on you in a blitz and if you want to review them better hope you took some screenshots

I want a Tempest remake that makes it good

I don't really mind backtracking as long as there's something new there, and you can warp to any Bird Statue you've been to anyways, unless it pulls a Ys SEVEN and deletes all your quick travel spots because fuck you

either way I'll see how it handles the backtracking when I get there

the pacing in Abyss is terrible, otherwise it's fine

that's disgusting in its own way, and definitely goes against the game's direction of a focus on "freedom", the best way to do it is just offer an insane amount of weapons that are all different and fun to use in their own right so you just naturally want to try them all

the system is there in an attempt to prevent someone from just going to Hyrule castle at the start of the game, stealing end game loot, and then having the rest of the game be easy mode.

because instead of weapons being mostly differentiated by their attack stats you could differentiate them by their capabilities

the first one you choose is your personal viewpoint character, not hard to understand

Live A Live also locked you into your choice of MC when entering the final scenario, and you're stuck with your initial hero in the Romancing SaGa and SaGa Frontier games too

the effort put in to have puzzles in dungeons is the one thing I really like about Golden Sun, that and the artwork

cleared the first dungeon

enjoying it more than the first time

my first try I managed to get through the first dungeon but had no desire to go any further, second try I dropped it almost immediately because Link's movement just felt like garbage to me at the time

considering how I was surprised about how much useless noise I could skip so far I expect to be very frustrated by Fi, she's not even a cute mascot

also I kinda hate the UI with the Wiimote overlay taking up like a sixth of the screen and no minimap

the Wii has a ton of great third party shit people don't bother digging up because none of them were really major releases and it got buried under all the shovelware, it doesn't help the Wii is like the only console I've seen with AAA shovelware so that immediately scares people off

the GameCube's library is more accessible to the average "gamer" and for the most part it has better offerings from Nintendo themselves than the Wii had

Rescue Team probably has the best structure and feels the most ambitious
Explorers is the most solid overall, only bother with Sky
Gates has the best story, if you care about that in Pokemon, but the gameplay is dumbed down and the content is really sparse
Super has the best actual dungeon crawling by lightyears but everything about the game structure and story is absolute garbage
