@DPsx7 While discontinuing support sucks, and I think they should release a Classic version for older operating systems with just basic Library support, the discontinued operating systems are old. For example, they are also discontinuing XP support, which isn't even supported by Microsoft for the last several years. I don't know beans about the Apple operating systems, but if they are as old as XP, it isn't a massive surprise.

Shame about the new chat, it is terrible. Bloated and ugly. Wish I could set it for classic style (text only, no embedding, neither of which were options last I checked), but Valve are more focused on fixing broken microtransaction systems than allowing users to disable image embedding in chats.

Data was saved / backed up, original games were hacked to include as much of that content as possible, at least for the one I've heard about. Some differences between the original release and ROM for emulators exist.

Free 360 is probably the only way I'd get one after the last two. Still got a couple of exclusive games I want to play (Blue Dragon and Lost Odyssey) but I can keep waiting for the emulator to support them. Or ports, that would be good too.

It probably worked for years for you, and likely is still usable in larger locations. Location matters a lot, I only ever passed with myself (multiple systems) and at Pokemon pre order events. Whee New Zealand.

I have the Wii version. It was NZ$15 for Wii release, and about NZ$140 for the Gamecube release at the time, no way the game was worth that much. I enjoyed playing it.
