When you beat the game, you need to do a second play through and complete the CES challenge. That was my favorite thing I ever did in my many runs on FF6, it will test your will for certain (or the all Imp party too if you prefer), and the ending is really kind of interesting when you CES.

I didn't check, but are you doing a blind run? The game actually has consequences for some actions, so just curious if you were trying not to spoil yourself and play naturally, or if you've been following some pointers.

Looking at my list, I have the makings of a really good gun 7* for either Balthier or Olive if I invested in them, but I don't know if they are worth it at this point. Gil is an extremely limiting factor for me. I am currently at 5mil, which means one more 7* awakening, and then I need to grind (ugh) Snappers again.

I did 7* my Fryevia, and got her STMR too. I forgot that I'm currently using her Needle on my best unit, my Trance Terra, so I might need to blow 100% Trust from all these celebratory Moogles and get a second Needle, or get Mateus Malice from Emperor and swap it out for the Needle and give it back to Fry.

I was looking at that exvius wiki, and FFB doesn't say it chains with Divine Ruination family like her new ability says it chains with Octoslash. Is she a pure Octoslash chainer now?

That being said, I never really paid that much attention to which division each team is in. Hell, I probably couldn't reliably tell you if a team was AFC or NFC for most of the NFL.

I just recently found out that the Washington Redskins are from DC, and not Washington state lol.

I'm from Utah, and our team there is the Utah Jazz. Just south of us are the Arizona Cardinals. I just always assumed that the Redskins were from Washington state, and I'm not sure why it never occurred to me that they were DC based. However, my family just relocated to DC for my wife's job at Postal Service Headquarters, as a result I also learned that DC has a team of practically every sport.

I've decided, once again, to take a break from all non-story content. I'm going to get myself caught up on the story entirely before I do events again. I need to stop the grind since that's what killing my interest in the game.

I'm going to 7* Loren, Noctis, Fryevia, and eventually Maritime Strategist Nichol and Basch (and maybe Gladio, still undecided here). I only have 8m gil though, so it'll be some time before I get to them, and then I think I might be done chasing 5* bases for a while. Too much carrot on a stick, which I know is what gacha is all about, but I can't imagine that I'm going to be completely helpless without the newest and bestest gear and units for the next few months.

I have 7*s of key units including Ayaka, Hyoh, Orlandeau, Grim Lord Sakura, Trance Terra, Ace, and Zargabaath, among other less notables (ie Ramza, Lightning, and Dark Fina), so with Fryevia, Loren, Noctis, and eventually Nichol and Basch (and possibly Gladio), as well as units capable of being 7*d that I havent gotten to yet (ie Queen, Knight Delita, and soon Balthier). I shouldn't have any need to worry about chasing carrots, regardless of how good they are, for some time to come I'm hoping.

I may be nearing the end of my FFBE time, or maybe coming up to a rather significant hiatus. I kind of figured 7*s would be the start of the death of the game for me. I haven't been able to do the timed weekly content difficult content for the last few weeks, and everything else is just a grind for Trust Moogles and UoC tickets. I'm always out of gil, so I have to do Snappers every single weekend, but I only play about an hour or two a day at most, so it's never enough.

The last couple days have just been me logging in, doing the raid 5 times, pulling my freebie summon and that's about it.

I'm like 3 Chapters behind on story content, so I might get on that, and maybe I just need to stop worrying about the missions and leave the Lapis for now, otherwise it becomes a bit of a slog.

What mana battery, provoker and breaker did you run? Did you have charm cure?

Mana Battery was combo of Zargabaath and Ayaka. MP was not a problem at all. Everyone was full up by around turn 8.

Provoker was also Zargabaath with Basch on Magical duties.

Breaker was Basch.

No Charm removal. Not even sure I have one. Was always contesting with half my team charmed at any given time.

I wasn't having trouble surviving. I just never got any real DPS time in.

15k Lapis got me a dupe GLS, my only Rainbow from three 10+1s, and only Banner Rainbow in about 200 pulls total. Still have 14k Lapis, but going to cut my losses and start saving for Xenogears.

Nothing but blues off Halloween Tickets. I've spent all the MK ones. Thus far, the Halloween banners have been a total bust for me in regards to getting any of the Halloween 5* bases. I know I should be grateful for any Rainbows I get, but with the new meta being 7* units, I keep getting a ton of 5* bases I never had before which means they just sit on the bench.

Bought all the tickets from the event and used them and got another Rainbow. Prishe. (new)
So now I have pulled 5 off Banner Rainbows in about 145 tickets.

5+1 also gave me a Rainbow. Basch (3rd)

The Halloween Tickets have been absolute garbage. I've only pulled Blues from them, and none have even been Black Cat Lid. The "best" thing I've pulled was a trust moogle for Clan Master's Headband.

I almost feel like Arena isn't even worth the effort anymore personally. I may do it if I have Dailies for them, but the only reason I ever did Arena in the first place for for Trust Moogles, which overall trust gains seem even harder to get now than they were previously, unless my math is off.

Dracu Laswell looks like he is the best of the 3 now. I'll just need one more of him and his TMR if I go that route. Only need one more GLS and already have her TMR if I go her route, but she seems slightly inferior to Trance Terra, but at least they chain together.

EDIT: Actually, scratch that. GLS and TT together looks to be pretty nasty.

Are One-Turn-KOs still going to be something plausible through the next year? One thing that made me put off doing older content was when it took me like 60 turns to kill Gilgamesh, Echidna, Dark Espers, and Ultros.

Not that I expect to be able to OTKO trials, but I certainly don't want to do content again that took more than 10 turns to beat.

I was hyped for Queen until I pulled 4 Hyoh, now I'm not sure I'll ever get around to 7*ing my Queen.

I might wait on Malphaise since I have what I think is a fairly decent 7* roster right now with Magical and Physical damage (TT, DF, Hyoh, TGCid). Since I have a hard enough time keeping up with the Joneses, having a tighter roster is probably better for now. I don't need any distraction from my goal of a second A2, Loren, or MS Nichol either.
