I see it as being pretty similar to how some black people use the n word as a term of endearment to each other (obviously it's not on that level, but it's a similar principle). it's an intra-group term. still generally not cool for someone outside the group to use it

Yea my last chemo was in September and my last scan came up with no evidence of disease.

I was more fortunate than Count. I had Hodgkins Lymphoma, which as far as cancers go is very treatable. My understanding was he had pancreatic or prostate cancer, which have a much less favorable prognosis.

Glad to hear some good news man. After Big Samus and Hamstein, it'd be a shame to lose another one

Multiplayer is stable, but a little rough around the edges. Characters will appear stuck in animations (like fishing) to other players, you can hear actions being performed if you're in the same area, regardless of how close you are, and the local play on Switch is kinda laggy sometimes, which makes combat a little difficult

That said, all of the features from single player are implemented perfectly, and it's a blast to play. So much easier to balance farming, fishing, and mining with 2+ people
