I haven't melted down over a video game since I was 15, when I punched my bed's headboard into bits because my friend was hardcore cheesing me in Star Wars Battlefront 2. I took aikido for a year before I realized it was absolute bullshit, except for the fall breaks. I think that should be isolated and taught separately, maybe for shit like this.
