Given the closeness of the vote, this fraudulent behavior could have well changed the outcome. There is now an enormous amount of money at stake for people on the leaderboard who have Tifa advancing to R4 or even R5, and while I'm not accusing any particular leading entrant of foul play, there is a clear financial incentive. Cloud in 2003, which is unlikely to be ever repeated Draven and Undertale, which are due to external communities. Im omitting L-Block because Tetris was an original NES/GB game, so Nintendo diehards didnt seem as upset over that loss. I think the answer is a definitive yes for me.
