| Garioshi 09/28/18 8:21:53 PM #10 | MGS3 3D runs at 20 FPS with regular frame drops even with severely lower polygon counts, and MGS3 ran at 30 FPS on the PS2 with no frame drops. The PS2 could run MGS2 at a consistent 60 FPS, and the Gamecube ran Twin Snakes, which was made in the MGS2 engine (which is very similar to the MGS3 engine), at 60 FPS. The Gamecube was significantly more powerful than the PS2, so, with my extremely limited knowledge of hardware specs, I'm going be extremely generous and say it's half as powerful as the Gamecube, if not less. --- "I can't wait to get cancer" - Forgotten, 2018 |

Who thought it was a good idea to move the power lights down so that you can't just glance over at them while playing? Who thought it was a good idea to make it super blocky for no reason? Great, creative stealth segments, great boss fights, plenty of room to fuck around, plenty of secrets, the ability to take out your frustration on Raiden and all of the guards, and some of the best cutscenes I've ever seen in a game.
