Why do some Americans pronounce "my eyes" as "mah aahz"? Why do some Americans soften the letter 't' in the middle of a word so that it sounds like 'd'? Why do... Etc, etc.

The more ingredients you need to use, then most likely the more bowls, pots, pans, etc that need to be used (depending on what you're making). Having to clean all that, I am just too lazy to do. That's why I just keep my meals simple. Have to confess, I'm pretty similar.

They attempted to kill him via a car bomb, failed, and then didn't make any attempts to kill him again? He made them so much money. That's ultimately what the mob cares about. It's implied that it was Nicky who really put the bomb there. In real life it was one of the bosses that did it. He blamed Frank Rosenthal (Ace) for a lot of the heat coming down on them cause Frank would go on TV and make a big ruckus over his gaming license, if I remember right. So was Nicky killed because he (presumably) killed Ace? Nicky put his feelings before business -- the bosses' business.

Oh, and sometimes it can be a little confusing at first to work out how to win a duel. Aim is just as important as speed, if not more so. I'd say stick to the head or hand.

You'd think a 50 year old who has been using computers for 20+ years, 8+ hours a day, would have gained some degree of proficiency, or at least some sort of familiarity with computers, but that is just not the case. i cannot count the number of times i have to show people how to type a URL into Google Chrome or how to switch between browser tabs or something like that. the equivalent would be someone who has driven a car for 30 years to call the dealership to ask where the turn signal is, with their excuse being "oh yea, i'm not really interested in cars" If they haven't been able to switch between browser tabs for 20+ years, chances are they don't normally use the computer for the same things you do.
