That's the text of the bill, as written by Senator Sanders and Reps. Jayapal and Omar. Apparently. Rep. Ilhan Omar was the driving force behind it.

Considering the basics of his policies (M4A, tuition, minimum wage) are fairly standard among the new class of candidates

Uhhh, other candidates have been wishy-washy, at best, on Medicare-for-all and free public tuition.

Yeah, most of them support modest buy-ins, some of which stealthily overhaul Medicare to be more like the ACA. Not even Warren goes all in, which is part of why some in the establishment have warmed to her.
And it's not like any of those would make it through Congress either, barring a massive wave in the Senate and/or Mitch McConnell suddenly developing concern for his fellow man. Might as well lay out an actual cohesive vision for a better tomorrow rather than fumbling about trying to triangulate which modest band-aid will piss off powerful interests the least every 10-15 years(because that's roughly how long it takes for the modern Democratic party to get control of all three branches simultaneously for two years).

The proposal is part of a larger reform of college costs being formulated in tandem with Progressive Caucus Chair Rep. Pramila Jayapal and Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar.
Yes, Bernie plans to wipe out all $1.6 trillion of student loan debt. No restrictions, no means-testing, no limits. It's doubtful he would be able to even if he's elected, but, as always, I like the cut of his gib.

I know Whole Foods tracks how quickly cashiers ring through items(and they urge cashiers to "lock" their registers when they don't have customers), but they don't seem to do much with the data. Probably they bring it up in "job dialogues"(Whole Foods is big on Orwellian euphemisms-basically it's a yearly performance review wherein you get a raise of 0-6%) and probably use low speed as an excuse to cut into pay raises.
If that sounds like a paltry amount for a raise, do keep in mind that Whole Foods is owned by Amazon and subject to Bezos' $15/hr. mandate. And that they place a lot of emphasis on advancement(LOL supervisors only get, like +$1/hr. for a veritable mountain of responsibilities).

Oh, and grocery stores typically have tight labor budgets. In defense of corporate, groceries are a low-margin business, but, as you might imagine, corporate hands down the dumbest mandates for how to use this labor. For example, my region is the Northeast, which encompasses New Jersey, New York, and most of Connecticut. They require that, after 11PM or so, there be a minimum of TWO express lanes open. This propably makes sense in most of the stores in the region, but the stores in CT simply don't see that volume of business for much of the week, so we're basically forced to have two cashiers not doing very much for most of their shifts. Oh, and my department manager openly brags about how much overtime he works. Somehow this has never been a problem.

The Democrats who believe most strongly in that are inevitably in favor of cutting Social Security, Medicare, etc. and realize that they need the Republicans to go along with it to pass it(both because they need Republican votes and the political cover they think "bipartisan" compromise gives them).
See, for example, the disastrous Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Act which successfully gutted welfare to applause and the eager signature of a Democratic president. It has done nothing to reduce poverty: in fact, it has done quite the opposite, but what does that matter compared to the need to finance foreign wars and massive tax-cuts for the wealthy?

Oh yeah, one more thing: Whole Foods routinely moves products around and creates themed end-caps. This is an intentional tactic meant to disorient customers and encourage them to buy items in "sets"(like hot dog buns, hamburger buns, mustard, ketchup all set up together, all store brand, with a little sign referencing cooking out or summer or some such pithyness).

Whole Foods pointers...

1)Yes, the stuff is more expensive. The Cheerios we sell can be found in virtually any other store 50+ cents cheaper. Don't be an idiot.

2)Cashiers are supposed to stand in front of their registers when they don't have a customer and flag down customers. This confuses the hell out of the customers, who expect cashiers to be behind their registers.

3)Don't even step foot in Whole Body unless you make six figures. Even then you shouldn't.

4)Our produce is (sometimes) better.

5)Meat and seafood are probably the things you should be buying at Whole Foods, at least relative to other chain grocery stores(go to some specialty butcher or a seafood store at the docks if you can). They actually take care of and turn over that stuff properly.

6)We have a lot of sales, but we don't have a flier anymore. Sometimes you might actually save money.

7)At least in CT, state law lays out a byzantine mandate that registers within X distance of food service areas must assess sales tax on prepared foods. This leads to the absolutely bizarre situation that exists at my store: the coffee bar and express lanes must assess sales tax on such items, but none of the regular registers have to. This is dumb.

8) Cashiers aren't supposed to have anything expect for water(in plastic bottles or thermos containers with lids), because they are not trusted not to spill everything everywhere. Also, we're not supposed to drink in front of customers, because god forbid they realize we're human beings.

9)If you're unsure of a product, ask to sample it. We must allow you to sample the product*, and any team member can get you a sample.
*Unless sampling it is in violation of state law. CT doesn't allow grocery stores to give away alcohol for any reason, for example.

Liberal candidates actually got over 50%, but there were like five of them to one Muslim Brotherhood and one military candidate, so, you know where that went. It's time to play FF5 and make pledges to charity. To register, simply tweet Gilgabot(@FF5ForFutures) #reg to receive your Wind crystal job.
Yes, that's right: you're assigned jobs by the whim of Gilgabot. When you register, you should receive a reply informing you of what your Wind crystal job is. Tweet #Water, #Fire, and #Earth when you're ready to receive your job for subsequent crystals. The rules are simple: as long as you have a job available, at least one of your characters must be in that job at all times, though you are free to shuffle them around. When you've defeated Neo ExDeath(the final boss), simply take a screenshot of its death and tweet it to Gilgabot to confirm your victory. If you manage to defeat the super-bosses Shinryu or Omega, screenshot those and send them in too!

So, where does the charity come in? People pledge money based on successfully-completed runs, kills of Shinryu/Omega, and sometimes more obscure things. You can pledge too, or simply donate some money.

FAQ
What are all those options?
#reg is a "standard" run, meaning you will receive one job from each crystal, with no restriction as to who can utilize a given job when.

#regrand assigns a random job from all jobs available to you at that time. For example, your first job will be a wind crystal job, your second could be a wind OR water job, etc. etc.

#regchaos assigns jobs randomly, without regard to what is actually available to you at the time. If your "wind" job cannot be used, you can choose to either roll the rest of your jobs or run your party as Freelancers until you get a job that you can use.

#regpurechaos is the above, except you can potentially receive Freelancer and Mime.

#regpopular assigns jobs weighted towards the most popular jobs from the Spring vote.

#regadvance is a chaos-run that includes GBA-version only jobs.

What about add-ons?
#fifthjob - When Krile joins your party, you get a new job that replaces one of your old ones, though you can still utilize abilities from the job you "lost", you simply can't have anyone be that job anymore.

#750/#no750
750 refers to the cost of magic rods, which can be used as items("broken") to unleash level 3/-aga spells. #750 gives you only jobs which can use rods, whereas #no750 excludes them.

#forbidden
When the void is unleashed, you must tweet Gilgabot #void, and lose a random job to the abyss.

#natural
Characters can only use the job corresponding to their crystal. Don't do this. It sucks.
