Shows that got repeat episodes in the last list seemed to do worse the second time unless it was a show Scarlet loved to begin with. Personally, I felt like nominating a episode from a show featured last time would be a waste of time since we should already have a rough idea how well the show would do (especially for shows that did poorly the first time). They pass a single-payer healthcare system and abolish private health insurance. This is even more hated by the public than Obamacare was and leads to the GOP controlling Congress and the presidency by 2024. Are you not at all worried they would abolish the system and take away everyone's healthcare with no replacement plan?
