To encourage people to make more money, tax rates should be highest for lower income rather than the current system. For very high incomes, I would suggest setting the rate to a negative number. They did it because the first season in chronological order has the big story arc's finale at around the halfway point, so the second half ends up feeling kind of pointless and anticlimactic. As for the watch order, you have to watch just the first season in broadcast order, then start over and watch every episode from both seasons in chronological order. Make sure when you get to Endless Eight you watch parts 2 through 7 2600 times each; these are the most important episodes of the series and you won't understand anything in the movie if you don't. --- Congrats to 2019 Guru champ Advokaiser! |

If I had to guess, I'd say it's probably explained by the fact that the group of voters making less than $50k is younger and less white than the group who makes more than that.
