I would say, on average, we are more knowledgeable about the internet than other generations. I would say parenting, but I feel like we are at the age to where we should have mellowed out by now.

Though I will say, it's usually not the milleneals that were born 1980s it's like a weird mid 90s range where we separate. It's like if you can vividly remember 9/11 and the impact it had the mindset is almost, not entirely, different than if you don't remember 9/11 or understood what happened at the time.

Not too mention knowing a life pre internet. Thats a huge difference too.

Simple. You (or anyone, really) have to make a conscious decision to not be attracted to all members of a group as diverse as transgender people. I'm assuming you're attracted to women. I've had a decent week. I was late to work almost every day >_<

But that doesn't count against me so long as get everything done within the time it needs to be done. In fact today I ran into my boss on my way in and he was like "running late?" And I was like "yeah >_>" and he laughed.

Once I got in, he showed up like 10 minutes later and was like "lol did you just beat me here?" And I said I had been in for 10 minutes and he said "I would have given you a ride but looks like you got in faster lol" and I was like "yeah lol"

Yeah godamnit it's bullshit. I get a verbal warning at least once a month for coming in 5 minutes late. FUCK THAT. I work in IT, I come in earlier in the day to clean up the shit before anyone even gets there to notice with hours to spare. 5 minutes is a joke. "Ohhh we have to be on the same standard as everyone else". Blow me chief.

Oh yeah, I never get shit for staying 20 minutes after 5pm when some asshole notices me trying to leave and says "Ohhhh yeah HEY I FORGOT.....". OHHHHHHHHHH that burns me up.

Man I used to work at structurlam in the finishing end (lot of sanding and putting and staining and a bit of cutting beams and panels.... really monotonous shit tbh) and they would write you up over 1 minute.

One day the plant manager caught me at the punch clock (cause yeah they actually had one) at 2:29 pm. My shift ended at 2:30.

He reamed me out but I was already thinking it was time to get back into construction by then and I wasnt having it.

Honestly the only good times I had there was with my one leash and buddy
