Usually we hire a coring company to make our holes if theres a riser we gotta do or multiple cores on a floor.
Those guys use a mounted sds type drill that looks like a little tripod and has a huge holesaw made for concrete while spraying water on it. It sounds intense but the mounting system is pretty safe and these dudes literally sit on buckets all day keeping their finger on the button.

Sparky doesnt do shit thats not directly related to their job.

Ive move a little block from one stud to another for em enough times I lost count.

Maybe thats regional but shit man I shoulda been a plumber or electrician. Carpenters are like every sub trades bitch even though we can do it all.

Sorry I don't know the technical terms, not a sparky. But I always see them using big ass bosch mini jackhammers to chip channels in concrete.

Milwaukee are good tools for the price but Ive never liked their drills much. Theres no real control on the trigger imo. Its like all or nothing. I like having a bit more control over my shit.
