Just finished the first season. The main thing is Charlie isn't a complete dunce at first. He can be childish but otherwise he seems about average intelligence wise. Mac is the one that is the biggest idiot in the beginning.

Did Charlie huff paint in the first season? It would be great if they could play it off as planned all along even though everybody knows the truth about early seasons of shows.

When I lost my "main" job and was only working part time I applied at tons of fast food places and retail stores. Didn't hear back from most, what I did hear back was basically, "well you have a good resume so you'd probably leave us soon so we don't want to bother hiring you."

I'm wondering if that is what has been happening to me for the last two months. My last job title was "associate manager", but it wasn't much more than cashiering with end of day stuff. But somehow I guess I'm not qualified to work big box stores unloading trucks and stocking shelves on overnight shifts. Guess when your last job lasted 9 years, they assume you are one of those people who changes jobs like other people change underwear.

OK, I may have phrased that poorly. More like the first game, they focused on rpg first, then stuck a combat system on it. The third game seemed more like the main focus was the action sections, with the rpg elements taking the back seat this time. I'm one of the seeming rare people who didn't throw a fit over the ending, but I also didn't play any of them until quite a bit after release. And any deficiencies in the game were more than made up in the citadel DLC, which IMO was one of the best parts of the entire trilogy. Nothing was quite so satisfying as bringing all your old team-mates back together for one last hurrah before finally deciding the fate of the galaxy.

Don't be afraid to turn the difficulty down. General consensus is the RPG/combat parts are inverse to each other. ME1=great story, bad combat. ME3=bad story, great combat.

Drink any tea today? It is a diuretic, and I find when I drink it it hits me like a ton of bricks. Other foods out there that can cause the same reaction, but tea is the only one that sends me to the bathroom all day to pee.

Try not to get lost in the inventory menu.

More important, there is an inventory limit. Game doesn't tell you that until you are close to hitting it. I think a lot of people found that out the hard way when in the middle of a long-ass mission and no way to sell it.

I never bothered with the total scrambled movies. Most of what I saw was everything in inverted colors like a photo negative. Most of the time the image was stable, but it seems like excessive movement or bright lights would screw with the image. So anything in front of a fireplace was definitely out.

Not completely. I believe I sided with the step-dad at least once against her and still got the kiss at the end.

You know what's worse than not healing on leveling up? Not at least healing your new hp/mp stats, especially if you like to stay topped off. If my hp are 15/20 before leveling, I should be 20/25 afterwards, not 15/25.

Yup. And it is a real blow to your ego when you don't get a follow-up to a minimum wage job application when looking for work either. Makes you wonder if there is something wrong with you, or if they are wary about hiring somebody in their mid 40's for an entry level position.

Sometimes they can overboard with it. A wink or a nod here or there is great. But it is possible to overdo it. I remember a period of time when it felt like half the marvel comics I read kept throwing in wolverine. He had his own title and was part of the blue(?) team in X-men. Fine. But then he shows up as a guest star in the gold team title. Then I see him in punisher. He shows up in ghost rider. Takes a trip to england to have an appearance in excalibur. While it made some fans excited, it really turned off other people like me.
