I'm not going to sugarcoat this - the social aspect will be difficult. There's an age gap, maturity gap, life experience gap, emotional intelligence gap and more. If you're taking a competitive program you will also be at a disadvantage because you've been out of the system so long and these people have been preparing their whole lives for university.

I'm back, you think getting a wage somehow makes you a normie and everything is roses. This is simply not the case.

It's been several months now that I have been out of strict NEEThood, and yet I find myself in bed now after quitting my job by email, not checking shit today, staying in bed, cancelling my therapy, everything.
This is how it is, how can someone tell me different. This is who i am.
You tell me that it takes sustained effort over years to normify. I tell you the same is true for religious beliefs.
I am a neet. All I want to do is to stay inside and be left alone, to be given adequate sustainence, a simple, clean environment, and reliable internet.
That's all I ever wanted.
I know now the inevitable outcome, that should give me some peace but it doesn't. Why should I be created in such a way as this.

And because being a NEET in itself is god awful. I see so many people on here say "I wish I was a NEET" because they're mildly exhausted from going to work every day and it's just the most ridiculous thing ever. Imagine just being stuck in your house with no way to fund your hobbies and no money to do anything for yourself.

Yeah this sounds accurate. All of my knowledge of this lifestyle comes from r/NEET and maybe a few guys on here who've more or less admitted they do this lifestyle. It's sad but when I dig up a post from r/NEET I have to go through several that I can't post because they mention suicide or other fucked up shit. Doesn't sound like a nice life at all.

The reviewers are trying but you'll notice most of the reviews are similarly worded and are having trouble telling what the game is. They make it sound boring but then give it a 9 or 10/10 - it's because you can't really articulate into words the good experience this game gives you and it sounds kind of boring when you write it down

don't: don't talk about neetbux/disabilitybux. Don't say you need the bux because it will be obvious that's your whole game plan. Never say "you gotta convince the [gov department name] to give me that cheque". Also don't self-diagnose. Don't say "yep I'm pretty sure I have bipolar, which according to the government website entitles me to X disability benefits." Don't make them think you need to be hospitalized. If they hospitalize you, then you can forget about spending everyday alone on the computer.
