People just get to a point where they dont realize how shitty being sedentary and eating garbage makes them feel.

Ive been there before after recovering from major surgery and drug use afterwards but I got out of it. But I guess theres a point where youre so far gone the recovery is near impossible. I mean its phaycially possible but mentally it would take a tough sob to make it through the legit torturous parts.

Dude like boogie would need a year of decent diet and real excercise before it became anything but misery to him. Either gotta keep it in check a bit or really really want to come back from that level of lack of fitness
